Excellent restaurant, with very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Both the appetizers and the grilled meat main courses were excellent. Impeccable service, very welcoming atmosphere. We had a wonderful day.

We spent a pleasant day at this restaurant, welcomed warmly and cordially by its owners. The staff was cheerful and professional. The dishes, strictly "meat-based," were extremely well-prepared and well-received.

A superior experience; I found everything impeccable, from the welcome to the service, to the quality of the ingredients. A substantial menu, without unnecessary frills, but with great attention to the finest ingredients, presented admirably. A far cry from the ubiquitous, second-rate restaurants of today, filled with greasy sauces, pre-cooked pasta, and superficial execution. Here, you can experience the experience and care for your customers, as it should be.

21/03/2026: A unique experience. A very characteristic restaurant in the historic center of Noci. The owner and staff are very kind and welcoming. The food is quality. I especially recommend the fondue and creamed potato appetizer with cardoncelli mushrooms. I highly recommend it.

Ristorante Il Falco Pellegrino

03/02/2026: Just when you think the food can not get any better in Puglia along comes this restaurant. Chef Natale is extraordinary and he pours his love into every dish, made by hand, all his vegetables grown in his land surrounding this beautiful establishment. The fish was so fresh and delicious. Every dish balanced and beautifully presented. Michelin needs to get over to Noci to hand this man and his restaurant a star (or two). The front of the restaurant is managed by Mirella who is warm and inviting and manages the dining experience with precision. Very worth a visit if you are coming to bella Puglia.
11/01/2026: Everything was delicious, very attentive to the service, even gluten-free dishes.
