After a visit to the Castellana caves we decided to go to lunch in this restaurant, we started with a truly excellent mixed house starter, consisting of six courses: burrata that melted in the mouth, local pecorino, omelettes with vegetables, meatballs with sauce , asparagus wrapped in bacon baked au gratin and finally capocollo of Martina Franca top. Followed by spaghetti with mussels and datterini tomatoes and tagliolini with speck, fried aubergines and cherry tomatoes.
Followed by mozzarella wrapped in bacon cooked on the grill and aubergines parmesan, all truly exceptional.
The only flaw found in the midst of so much perfection, the chef doesn't blame me, was some cooked ham in the parmigiana which we didn't like very much.
The service is friendly and attentive,
The prices are more than fair for what they offer.
Highly recommended.

Trovato su internet cercando un ristorante nei pressi di Noci con cui ero di passaggio con i miei genitori.
Il.pinteggio 4.6 mi ha convinto. Arrivati non c'era ancora nessuno, quindi sono entrato per chiedere se erano aperti e una ragazza gentilissima ha confermato che potevamo accomodarci.
Location: tutto nuovo, ordinato a tratti fin troppo, quasi inizialmente l'ambiente sembrava freddo, ancora da inaugurare. Ma girando lo sguardo verso una lunga vetrata si apre la visuale su un piccolo.boachetto che da all'ambiente il calore e la giusta completezza.
Menu: pietanze locali variegate e ben servite. Sapori ben equilibrati. Quantità giuste, forse per chi mangia un po' di più possono sembrare scarse. Servono pane caldo e taralli, molto buoni entrambi.
Servizi: giusto e cortese.
Costo: nella norma per ciò che abbiamo mangiato.

Delicious lunch with house antipasti, delicious pasta and tagliatta. Friendly service with a warm welcome.
Too bad we couldn't have lunch outside, but inside we had a view of the beautiful garden & a beautifully decorated interior.

Restaurant that offers an excellent grill with a selection of quality meats. The dessert is also good. Courteous and helpful staff.
We should go back to try the first courses which will certainly be good. Good price/quality ratio.

Went for dinner with my sons and parents. Lovely outdoor seating, beautifully lit and no insects of note to bother us.
Food extremely good. Anti pasta portions very generous and delicious, the pasta options were particularly enjoyable. Spaghetti with mussels was perfect and the Orecchiette with a fresh tomato sauce also reported to be very tasty. My dad highly recommends the veal in a mushroom sauce as well as the wine (a local Primitivo).
