This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! As someone who has dined at several top-tier Michelin-starred and Gault&Millau-rated restaurants across Europe, I am simply blown away! Starting with the incredible hospitality of all the staff, who are incredibly helpful and attentive (important for those who don't speak Italian well)! The menu perfectly reflects typical regional cuisine and is incredibly diverse! The antipasti are so varied and simply divine! I was surprised by the selection of meats, which is more in line with a steakhouse than a typical regional restaurant! A real insider tip: the veal cutlet – simply amazing! The perfectly cooked "al dente" pasta with local truffles was absolutely fantastic! What a feast! And paired with a Primitivo (ES) recommended by the incredibly skilled and attentive waiter – a perfect combination! The freshly pressed local olive oil, along with the fresh bread, would have been enough to satisfy even the most discerning palate! For dessert, a wonderful, freshly prepared "Tira mi su," two double espressos, and then we proudly headed for the checkout. Here too, the moderate and fair prices were a pleasant surprise! In conclusion: we arrived as strangers and left as friends! See you in a year when we return from Greece!
