We 9 pilgrims from Trento traveling on the route of the two seas thank the owner and chef Simone and all his staff for the excellent dinner, hospitality and professionalism. With his very pleasant stories, he managed to convey to us his love for his work and his land.

We had dinner after the stage of the path of the two seas. We were greeted fantastically by the owner and he prepared an amazing dinner and excellent service.

We stayed at the b&b where, in addition to the care and cleanliness of the rooms, we were fascinated by the dedication that chef Simone puts into his unique, refined, refined dishes. Always available, ready to explain what is put on the table, supported by a high level staff, it is definitely a place to visit

Excellent, we went for the first time on July 31st and it was a unique and exceptional experience with high level dishes and service, all rigorously prepared by Simone, chef and owner of the restaurant, from the bread to the breadsticks to the delicious dishes with excellent raw materials. We also returned on August 2nd and it was always of the same standard. I hope to return sooner or later

Ogni volta che torno in questo ristorante, a distanza di mesi o addirittura di anni, lo trovo sempre eccezionale. L' eccellenza è nella qualità, nella creatività ( senza mai avvicinarsi alla nouvelle cousine o alla cucina fusion ), nell' eleganza, nel servizio impeccabile e, naturalmente, nella superba gustosità. Non saprei consigliare una pietanza particolare, perchè sono tutte fantastiche, dall' antipasto al dessert, ed ogni volta c' è solo il rimpianto di aver tralasciato qualcosa. In ogni caso, mai rinunciare ai fantastici antipasti, assaggiando i quali subito si capisce che non c'è alcun paragone con altri, sia pure rinomati, ristoranti pugliesi. Anche la carta del vini è all'altezza del menu. Provare per credere !
