I had the pleasure of tasting Mr. Simone's cuisine, and the experience was absolutely unforgettable. The quality and sophistication of the dishes, combined with the kindness and attentiveness of the service, make this restaurant a place I would recommend to anyone. To demonstrate how exceptional it was, I've attached some photos of the dishes, hoping they do justice to their beauty and flavor. In conclusion: I absolutely recommend this restaurant!

Impeccable! Truly exceptional in every way! Appetizers, first courses...delicious! Excellent service, very attentive! The owner personally takes great care of his customers with extreme kindness. A true professional, like the rest of the staff!

Superb restaurant, quaint location, and truly excellent dishes. We had the mixed appetizers, which were as good as a dinner and more...both meat and fish, and all truly delicious. As was the dessert buffet, all truly exceptional. The courtesy and friendliness of the owner and all the staff is remarkable. We'll be back!

Superb B&B. The apartment Simone gave us was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and in a great location for visiting the various surrounding villages and towns. The restaurant was a special experience, with chef Simone explaining each course, and the superb service topping it all off. Thank you again, Simone, for your hospitality and the culinary experience you provided, and of course, for all the tips you gave us about both sightseeing and cooking.

05/10/2025: An extraordinary selection. All the food is excellent. The owners' attentiveness is an added value. Don't leave Martina Franca without having lunch here. You can't go wrong!
16/09/2025: Quick and tasty meals, home-cooked food, feel like you're at home, except you get to watch others cook. Very basic, you can eat in or take out, and the owners are very friendly.

15/03/2026: We were there last night. The pizza was fabulous, the atmosphere was truly beautiful, it took you back in time, and it was spotlessly clean. The service staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Definitely a must-try, and we'll definitely be returning to try other dishes.
08/03/2026: Very cozy, friendly place, with great cuisine. You can tell that the owner cares about his restaurant, they pay a lot of attention to their guests. The prices are also very friendly.
