Al Borgo Antico In Crispiano

Superb restaurant, quaint location, and truly excellent dishes. We had the mixed appetizers, which were as good as a dinner and more...both meat and fish, and all truly delicious. As was the dessert buffet, all truly exceptional. The courtesy and friendliness of the owner and all the staff is remarkable. We'll be back!

Superb B&B. The apartment Simone gave us was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and in a great location for visiting the various surrounding villages and towns. The restaurant was a special experience, with chef Simone explaining each course, and the superb service topping it all off. Thank you again, Simone, for your hospitality and the culinary experience you provided, and of course, for all the tips you gave us about both sightseeing and cooking.

Amazing cuisine with a very kind host who is attentive to all his guests. I was lucky enough to visit this restaurant in early June by pure chance, and I truly have nothing to complain about... The appetizers were prepared with a mastery I've not seen in other, much more renowned restaurants (the day before, I had visited Grotte Palazzese in Polignano a Mare). Prices would be fair, which is an understatement, especially considering the kindnesses from chef Simone (water not included in the bill and free pasta for my daughter). A truly unforgettable experience.

Ho sentito parlare da anni di questa località finalmente questa sera si è realizzato il mio sogno di venire a mangiare qui, che dire 100 e lode su tutto servizio impeccabile ,non ho mai visto un servizio così accurato, ogni portata cambiavano posate e se ti allontanavi dal tavolo trovavi il nuovo tovagliolo pulito e piegato con cura nel piatto, camerieri disponibili e professionali nel loro lavoro, il titolare del ristorante ogni portata spiegava il piatto nei minimi dettagli.Gli antipasti sapori delicati con prodotti di alta qualità, i buffet dei dolci uno più buono dell'altro. Che dire tornerò quanto prima per assaggiare i primi e i secondi perché con gli antipasti questa sera eravamo tutti super sazi.Prezzo ottimo

Combining authenticity, sophistication, and tradition in dishes is no easy feat, but Simone succeeds perfectly. Excellent quality, impeccable service, and waiters always attentive to our every need. Simone's discreet presence. All this makes Borgo Antico a top-notch restaurant.

I was there yesterday, June 19, 2025, for the first time. Personally, I'm very sensitive and careful when I go to a place or B&B, and the first thing I notice is the cleanliness of the establishment. I was amazed by the cleanliness of this establishment (with great attention to detail). As for the food, I'd say it's excellent, from appetizers to first and second courses. As for the desserts, my wife and I were truly satisfied and delighted with the quality of the desserts themselves. It deserves top stars. I'll be back.

non si può passare da Crispiano e non passare Al Borgo Antico da Simone. ospitalità e accoglienza massima. ci siamo passati con La Rotta dei 2 mari e la cena è stata incredibile: prodotti di qualità, sapori, cura dei dettagli. Consigliatissimo.
