Beautiful restaurant, magnificent view, good food, excellent service.

We cannot give a rating other than excellent, spectacular, welcoming, relaxing, superlative! In all aspects! We stayed one night with dinner and breakfast... The restaurant is located in a spectacular location. View of Lake Varese and the mountain range that frames it. The rooms are well looked after down to the last detail and it goes without saying that they are super clean! Comfortable bed and large spaces with a delightful mezzanine (ours). Dinner was a truly great taste experience! Choice of two tasting menus for all tastes. Excellent presentation of the dishes accompanied by impeccable service. We also took advantage of a snack and the homemade products are truly special. The Christmas atmosphere and candlelight make the room a place to regenerate and recover the desire to be together. Unique experience that I highly recommend trying. You feel pampered. One page is not enough to describe all the pleasant things found here. All that remains is to go there in person We will definitely be back!

Hotel restaurant bar on the sacred Monte of Varese. I had an aperitif in this establishment one November evening with some friends. An establishment certainly with a long history as demonstrated by the elegant furnishings of the early twentieth century, the plus of the venue is characterized by the beautiful inn from which you can admire a spectacular sunset over Lake Varese. The restaurant's typical aperitif, the elixir, is certainly worth it.

Going up with the funicular we accidentally stumbled upon this magical place! We had an afternoon coffee break, with the Harry Potter themed restaurant and a spectacular view of the Varese area at sunset! Truly magical and well cared for. We waited a while to be seated because obviously there were a lot of people. Even the menu was customized with a Harry Potter theme!

I went to this hotel with my family for a Harry Potter themed evening and I must say that the atmosphere was truly magical!!! Everything studied down to the smallest detail: From the entrance with Dobby to the room with the candles hanging from the ceiling without forgetting Diagon Alley and the room with many gadgets (he even had the portkey for the ministry of magic!!!) Clean place, friendly and helpful staff, dinner with excellent products (from the aperitif with their liqueur, to the oil and flanbè ice cream), excellent breakfast (their panettone is excellent) and the wonderful view. The magician is also nice. Definitely worth returning for other themed evenings. Well done!

If you are not a local, it is best to arrive in daylight... especially in the autumn-winter periods, as it is poorly signposted. Location: fantastic. Parking: depending on the period it can become inconvenient. Food: excellent. Staff: very kind.

A snack, as a gift, this place is very nice and cute, excellent snack, the cream wasn't the best, excellent elisr.

Great panoramic position for a hotel restaurant that wants to make romance its winning weapon. At the moment only tried during tea time, but worth trying both for dinner and for an overnight stay. The "snack", very tasty, frames the panorama that can be seen from the main room. Good choice of teas, herbal teas, chocolates, infusions, aperitifs, with some sweet and savory appetizers. Attentive and fast service.

great atmosphere, top service, tasty wines and delicious food - it doesn't get much better... indeed: you have to experience this together!

C’est un endroit magnifique concernant sa situation. Une vue imprenable sur toute la vallée. Dans ce lieu on dirait que le temps s’est arrêté. Le personnel est très sympathique et professionnel. Les plats sont délicieux. Nous avons adoré.
