A terrific restaurant by the main church. The relaxed ambiance and the sweet and efficient waitress made the visit very enjoyable. We had of course prosciutto (outstanding!), mozzarella and cheese with a couple of cold beers for a meal that was just right. Highly recommended.

We ate very well the first night, we ate very well the second night too, so I can confirm the excellent food and excellent service, with staff who recommend what to eat and drink.

We had a family lunch here, and we were all very satisfied. The hosts were very kind and efficient; they set the table without making us wait and gave us lots of helpful advice. The prosciutto, sliced thinly just the way we like it, was truly delicious, a perfect starter, especially with the exquisite pickles. We then ordered several first courses, all delicious. It must be a place that offers exactly what visitors to San Daniele in Friuli expect. Highly recommended.

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Der Service und die Unfreundlichkeit inakzeptabel. Wurden ewig lange nicht bedient. Nach uns kommende Gäste waren bereits beim Hauptgericht. Nach freundlichem Nachfragen schnippige Bedienung. Alle Mitarbeiter komplett überfordert und total gestresst. Dies hat sich hindurchgezogen bis zur Bezahlung. Essen war qualitativ hochwertig und frisch und hat uns sehr geschmeckt.

10/02/2025: Polecam każdemu kogo złapał głód wracając do kraju spróbować kurczaka z prawdziwego grilla w rozmarynie. Pracując jako kierowca minimum raz w tygodniu odwiedzałem to miejsce i nigdy się nie zawiodłem.Dla osób oczekujących porcelanowej zastawy proponuję jechać dalej do Austrii bo tutaj tego nie znajdziecie. Smak i klimat tego miejsca jest dla wielu wielkim doświadczeniem kulinarnym jak i wspomnieniem lat 90.

20/09/2025: There are places you stumble upon by chance that truly captivate you. The trattoria is truly welcoming, with decor that creates a warm and familiar atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and courteous, and service is quick despite the express cuisine. The dishes, well-crafted with traditional local ingredients, are truly delicious. The wine selection complements the menu. Prices are in line with the offerings.
10/08/2025: Wonderful discovery. Sublime food, even better service, and a great location. I will be back again and again.
