We were looking for a good place to eat Italian food and we ended up at this pizzeria, which has quite a few choices. The cecina is delicious, I highly recommend it!! Everything was great, from the service to the food, thank you ☺️

Excellent family experience. We were here on Saturday, February 28th. We received a truly warm welcome from all the staff. We enjoyed their specialties. I had the Cecina, a truly delicious traditional Pisan pizza. They even gave us a pleasant surprise at the end. I will definitely be back.

An unexpected surprise during our lunch break. Unexpectedly, we stopped at this pizzeria and were presented with a menu unlike any other offered to tourists. High-quality, flavorful products, pizzas packed with authentic ingredients, and generous portions. Service was prompt and the owners, Andrea and Jessica, were exceptionally friendly. Definitely recommended for families. Unbeatable value for money. It felt like home away from home.

Authentic, historic Pisan pizza. It's always a pleasure to return. The cecina is spectacular. Reservations aren't possible. I suggest arriving before 8:00 PM, otherwise there's a bit of a wait, but it's doable. Friendly and helpful staff, fast service. Highly recommended.

The best Tuscan pizza… my favorite pizzeria in Pisa, without a doubt. It's a different kind of pizza than the rest; if you're looking for Neapolitan pizza, this isn't the place for you, but it's definitely much better…

A great option for eating in Pisa. Good, nice, and inexpensive. The waiters and chefs were incredible, literally. I recommend the faina and the four-cheese pizza. The atmosphere is quiet but small.

08/03/2026: A PLEASANT DISCOVERY JUST A STEP FROM HOME Just a stone's throw from my house, there's this wonderful place, welcoming, and tidy in every way. The owners are wonderful, the food is EXCELLENT, the service EXCELLENT, the place has a warm atmosphere, like being at home... I congratulate you for having brought this place back to life. Today, my husband, my son, and I came for lunch, and we were so thrilled that we decided to celebrate our son's First Communion here. You deserve the best. Luisana, you're amazing, and the chef is super 👏👏👏
21/01/2026: In Tuscany for work, I tried several places in the surrounding area until I stumbled upon Sottobosco. There's no comparison, and I haven't changed. The restaurant is clean and well-kept, and in the warmer months it has a large, green outdoor area—it's wonderful. The welcome and service will make you feel at home, friendly and kind. The restaurant offers a menu of meat and seafood dishes. I've tried everything, and I must say the quality of the ingredients is excellent, everything cooked to perfection! The price is more than fair—highly recommended!
