The new management is also excellent. Schiacciate, cecina and salciccia always top notch. Friendliness and courtesy from all the staff. Keep it up and see you next time.

Very nice place! The carbonara was truly delicious – perfectly cooked al dente pasta, a creamy sauce with a distinct flavor of pecorino and guanciale, all nicely balanced with freshly ground black pepper. A glass of white wine complemented the dish perfectly. Friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit!

Super restaurant avec des pizzas de très grande qualité ! Nous y sommes venus en famille (huit personnes). Nous nous sommes régalés ! Tout était délicieux et très raisonnable en terme de prix. Nous conseillons vivement cet établissement qui gagne à être davantage connu !

Me lo ricordavo meglio dagli anni (ormai lontanissimi peraltro) dell'università. Pizza pisana troppo salata e freddina. Idem la cecina, malgrado la ragazza che serve ai tavoli me l'abbia cortesemente fatta riscaldare. Insomma, la gentilezza della cameriera è l'unico aspetto che ho veramente apprezzato. Del resto, in altri posti simili non ho trovato neanche quella! Mi resta un dubbio: se riesci a farti passare per pisana (e non per turista) ti danno la roba vera? Cioè quella di un tempo?

01/06/2025: We felt at home. Punctual, helpful and friendly service. Excellent quality food. Accuracy and ... generous portions. The Tuscan tradition is not lacking. Everything is very well-kept and clean, just how I like it. The restaurant is adjacent to a clearing with a breathtaking view of the Volterra countryside and, even if in the distance, of the sea and the Tuscan archipelago. At sunset it must be superb. A special applause to the owner: Marta. You can see that she puts enthusiasm into it and transmits it to all her collaborators

01/05/2025: Small place with outside seating too. Very kind and helpful owners. Excellent cocktails and aperitifs with special proposals that change often. Good choice of wines. Particular and non-mass environment.
