Good, tasty cuisine. Meat dishes are served without accompaniment (€5 if you want potatoes or mash), pleasant, intimate room at the back...

Very good restaurant, the dishes were very good, I recommend it. On the other hand, a little expensive.

Esperuenza sublime sin dal primo momento in cui abbiamo messo piede nell'osteria L'ambiete e il decor ti trasportano in un mondo magico, grazie anche ad un accompagnamento musical di un certo spessore. Per la parte culinaria finalmente in un mondo di banalita' un menu davvero intrigante. Il tortino di patate e tartufo era buonissimo e il maialino sublime e tutto a costi assolutamente modici. It ranges between a cuisine that is influenced by a regional expression of Puglia and a regional Sicilian contamination that represents the territories well (there is also something further north on the menu) I found it a genuine and sincere experience A delicious rabbit salad (a little too much oil), very tasty and soft The Bordeaux-style cheek with mashed potatoes is very amazing, melting and full-flavored Generous and tasty platters of cold cuts, typical eggplant rolls on burrata cream and crispy bread The first courses, among the paccheri with white ragù, pistachio and burrata gnocchi, carbonara-style rigatoni and tagliolini with cocoa and white rabbit ragù, satisfy all palates, ranging from various consistencies and flavors, full I would say... The steamed cod and potatoes are excellent and delicate ash Homemade desserts, good but not very good, something more classic tiramisu (pandoro version, given the period I think...,) then panna cotta and cheesecake with berries ... Right quality price
