Ham and glass of a higher level than in San Daniele in the renowned taverns, spending just over half the price. Next time we'll have dinner! Compliments!

Ambiente accogliente con splendido fogolar. Superlativo il prosciutto, anche i formaggi e sottoli. Ma tutti pugliesi, preferirei qualcosa di friulano, visto il posto caratteristico. Mi permetto di dare il voto: 7

Truly special ham. Mr. Corrado was super helpful, he waited for us patiently even though we were late compared to the booking time. Inside the atmosphere is wonderful, dominated by a large fireplace in the center of the room. We ate ham, fresh cheeses and focaccia with burrata. Corrado's mother, from Puglia, prepared a spectacular bruschetta for us. I absolutely recommend it, it's really worth it!

03/05/2025: I was there today with friends, at the end of a wonderful trip out of town. The restaurant is located in a strategic position for those who are on the main road from Gorizia to Udine. The place presents itself very well in its simplicity and sobriety! Tablecloth and cloth napkins, bright and clean environment. A very vast menu, from pizzas to both meat and fish dishes. I had tagliolini with a succulent cream of cherry tomatoes and burrata. A truly spot-on dish, one of the best first courses I've ever eaten. Well done! I will definitely be back!
