We stopped in by chance because, passing through San Daniele, we couldn't miss trying the prosciutto crudo. The place is a bit basic, but we liked it that way. They accepted our large dog. The prosciutto melted in your mouth, but everything else was delicious too. I recommend it for anyone who wants to eat well. The staff is very friendly and professional. Prices are reasonable.

We ate the classic local dish: prosciutto (produced by the owner's family, as he told us) with cheeses (an excellent selection of fresh and aged products) and pickles. Everything was delicious! A special mention goes to the Apulian focaccia with burrata and anchovies, which was recommended as an appetizer: absolutely worth trying!!! The staff were friendly and helpful! I recommend booking.
