I went to this pizzeria for the first time with my girlfriend, who had always raved about it—and she was absolutely right. We started with two fried dishes: a truly delicious classic supplì and a very interesting one with stew. The fried food was dry and the breading was done to perfection. The highlight, however, was the pizzas. She chose the Sottobosco, incredibly flavorful thanks to the abundance of mushrooms and pieces of ciauscolo: probably the best pizza of the evening. I opted for the Tartare, fresher and more delicate, but enhanced by the excellent quality of the ingredients and a mix of savory sauces that enhanced the flavor. We finished with two desserts: for me, a tart with fresh buffalo ricotta and sour cherry jam; for her, a chocolate panfocaccia with salted caramel, milk, and coffee. Truly excellent, although this time I think I made a better choice. Final verdict: a truly excellent gourmet pizzeria, with a well-crafted dough—thin in the center, but with a high, crispy, and pleasantly airy crust. Prices are perhaps a little higher than average, but fully justified by the quality of the offerings.

I’d been wanting to try this place for a while, and when I got a bonus on a website (mentioned in the photo), I thought — why not make it a tasty evening? Ordered a pizza — fragrant, flavorful, with fresh ingredients. The mood was great, dinner was a success. Sometimes these spontaneous choices bring the most joy!

I came with my family, the fried foods are delicious, as are the pizzas, although I'm personally very selective with my food, so I had a few problems.

Pizza – absolutely exceptional, high-quality toppings. I had the vegan pizza with chanterelle mushrooms, pumpkin, and carrot chips – very delicious.

I really liked the service — the staff were attentive and brought the order quickly. The pizza itself was also delightful, with fluffy dough and a rich, balanced taste. I also counted calories using the service shown in the photo — it was very convenient and fast. Now I recommend everyone to try it, as it makes it easy to track your diet.

Sono ormai dieci anni che, quando desideriamo mangiare una vera pizza, torniamo sempre qui. L'impasto leggero e fragrante, unito alla qualità eccezionale dei prodotti, crea un'esperienza indescrivibile: va provata per capire davvero di cosa stiamo parlando. La pizza è senza dubbio la protagonista indiscussa, ma l'intero percorso, dagli antipasti sfiziosi ai dolci (rigorosamente fatti in casa), è semplicemente delizioso. Ho scelto questo posto per una cena con colleghe. Sul cibo , (dalla pizza agli antipasti)devo dire tutte d'accordo sulla qualità e bontà un po' meno i dolci che ci hanno deluso. Il servizio ha lasciato un po' a desiderare, piatti in ritardo e poca organizzazione. Altro punto dolente, nonostante il locale piccolo e gradevole all' interno, purtroppo troppo rumoroso e troppo pieno contando peraltro che trattavasi di una serata feriale di giovedì ove non avremmo certo immaginato tavoli pieni e difficoltà nel sentire i commensali per conversare. Occorrerebbe riempire di meno un posto così piccolo per rendere l' atmosfera gradevole e la voglia di ritornare per una cena tranquilla.
