A truly excellent gourmet pizzeria. In addition to the delicious appetizers and pizzas (Napoletanas, with crostone, for example), they've also added some delicious burgers. The beer and wine selection are also very good. Like any gourmet pizzeria, the prices are higher than average. The only downside is the atmosphere: the inside dining room is noisy, even though they've installed soundproofing panels, but they're not sufficient. The outside dining room is small and very hot in the summer (it would be enough to install some fans to circulate the air a bit, although I realize they don't look very nice). In any case, this place is definitely worth a try for its unique offerings!

A good pizzeria in Balduina. The place isn't huge inside, but it's well-maintained.
The pizzas are good, with thick crusts and a thin crust.
The fried foods are also very good. I suggest a bit more careful organization in serving the pizzas at the same time, and a wider variety of classic pizzas on the menu.

Located in a central area of Rome, this pizzeria is definitely worth a visit. The place offers a welcoming atmosphere with reservations available both inside and outside—perfect for enjoying a Roman evening in any season.
✨ *What makes this pizzeria special:*
- *Neapolitan pizza* cooked in an electric oven, surprisingly well-made: beautiful air bubbles and a light dough.
- *Quality ingredients*: you can taste the care taken in selecting the ingredients, such as PETRA flour.

- *Friendly and helpful staff*, always ready to offer advice.
*On a downside:* being in a central area, parking isn't exactly easy. Furthermore, the price of the pizza is slightly higher than the city average—probably justified by the quality of the ingredients.
*In short:* if you're not afraid of spending a few extra euros and are willing to brave the parking hunt, this pizzeria will reward you with excellent pizza!

Sono ormai dieci anni che, quando desideriamo mangiare una vera pizza, torniamo sempre qui. L'impasto leggero e fragrante, unito alla qualità eccezionale dei prodotti, crea un'esperienza indescrivibile: va provata per capire davvero di cosa stiamo parlando. La pizza è senza dubbio la protagonista indiscussa, ma l'intero percorso, dagli antipasti sfiziosi ai dolci (rigorosamente fatti in casa), è semplicemente delizioso. Un plauso speciale va al servizio, sempre impeccabile e attento. Un caro saluto e grazie mille come sempre per le magnifiche serate. Andrea D.

They make really good pizza. After a while, we returned, and when one of our fellow diners asked for a simple red pizza, the lady serving the table rudely said they don't add or take away anything from their pizzas.
There are tons of pizzerias in Rome. We found something else, the same quality but with more common sense, education, and intelligence.

¡Comida excepcional! Muy recomendable! Nos alojamos cerca de Roma Cavalieri Waldorf Astoria y caminamos menos de 10 minutos a este encantador lugar del barrio! La pizza fue la mejor que hemos tenido en Italia y en otros lugares! Personal amable, gran carta de vinos, a un precio razonable. DELICIOSO! El entrante de alcachofa frita era excepcional! Espero volver y disfrutar de nuevo!
