Tucked away in a small alley is this delightful restaurant with a friendly staff and excellent food. Our group of 10 tried both starters and mains, and everyone raved about the flavors and freshness. Add in some wonderful Puglian wine, and this restaurant was a real winner for our group. The staff spoke just enough English to help us navigate the menu, but everyone else there as Italian which to us was a good sign. If we go back to Locorotondo, this place will be at the top of our list.

A delicious meal of lamb chops, very tender and cooked to perfection, ravioli with eggplant and fresh tomatoes, and excellent glasses of white and red wine... Quality service, a subdued atmosphere, and moderate background music: everything we're looking for!!! We're waiting for dessert to conclude... a flawless course: the pistachio and mandarin dessert was sublime, the Buffalo dessert too... we really enjoyed ourselves... thank you very much.
We highly recommend it. 🫶🫶

We ate at Ai Tre Santi during our stay in Puglia.
The food is delicious (we recommend the burrata with zucchini cream). The prices are a bit high, however.
The setting is very pretty; the restaurant is located in the small streets of the town, which gives it a special charm.
On the other hand, the only downside is the service, which is rather cold. The server is unfriendly and rather rushed.

There are so many great restaurants around here, and I had a mediocre experience. The two pasta dishes we ate were just okay. The service left much to be desired; there was a lack of interest and attention, people who served without caring about your satisfaction.

A charming little place with tables on a charming street, delicious food. The pasta and lamb are fantastic. A very friendly waiter, and the dishes are served quickly. Simple, delicious, and local.

We ate very well! At an outdoor table.

Food was not that tasty. We called the restaurant earlier that night and asked to reserve a table but they said that everything was booked for the night.. when we arrived, they "magicaly" found a free table.

The dishes are truly delicious, as you'd expect from a restaurant of this caliber. The location is beautiful, nestled in the town's narrow streets. The service and staff are truly friendly and knowledgeable. We'll be back ❤️
