Amidst the alleys of Locorotondo's historic center, decked out for Christmas, lies the "Ai Tre Santi" restaurant.
Appetizers, first courses, and second courses... absolutely delicious. The photos demonstrate the meticulous presentation of the dishes and the excellent ingredients.
The result is simply superb!

Cod with potatoes.
I've eaten it in several restaurants, in Puglia, Campania, and Basilicata.
But this version is sublime, the best I've ever eaten.
I absolutely must return.

we had the wild boar pasta for first and rabbit plus veal cheeks for main. also beef tatar for starters was one of the bests i ever had! amazing amazing foood

Warm and welcoming, we ate well in this small restaurant. The standout dish was the tartare but the rabbit and tagiatelle with cinghiali were also very good. The service was knowledgeable, friendly and swift. The tiny kitchen turns out amazing quality in such a small space.

A nice little place to eat well in the center of Locorotondo. Prices are average. The place is clean and small. Recommended also because it's right in the historic center.

Tucked away in a small alley is this delightful restaurant with a friendly staff and excellent food. Our group of 10 tried both starters and mains, and everyone raved about the flavors and freshness. Add in some wonderful Puglian wine, and this restaurant was a real winner for our group. The staff spoke just enough English to help us navigate the menu, but everyone else there as Italian which to us was a good sign. If we go back to Locorotondo, this place will be at the top of our list.

A delicious meal of lamb chops, very tender and cooked to perfection, ravioli with eggplant and fresh tomatoes, and excellent glasses of white and red wine... Quality service, a subdued atmosphere, and moderate background music: everything we're looking for!!! We're waiting for dessert to conclude... a flawless course: the pistachio and mandarin dessert was sublime, the Buffalo dessert too... we really enjoyed ourselves... thank you very much.
We highly recommend it. 🫶🫶
