For years, my partner and I have been regulars at this restaurant—a true temple of Valtellina cuisine—and every time it's an unforgettable experience.
Their signature dish?
Pizzoccheri, of course!
They're simply divine.
Strictly hand-made, they're a masterpiece of tradition and passion. They're plated directly from a copper pan, bringing all the warmth and magic of an ancient art to the table. The pasta is perfectly al dente, wrapped in a stringy and irresistible sauce, making every bite an explosion of flavor. It's impossible to resist a second helping, so hot and stringy they'll leave you speechless—and that's a promise, because we ask for more every time!
Sciatt—another typical Valtellina dish—are served with fresh chicory from their garden and fried to perfection: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and absolutely not greasy.
They're a triumph of deliciousness that pairs perfectly with the authentic flavors of mountain cuisine.
The staff, always courteous and smiling, makes the experience even more special; the wooden furnishings and warm, welcoming atmosphere make you feel like you're in a mountain refuge, perfectly in tune with the family-friendly and authentic atmosphere.
The wine selection is excellent, and the restaurant, certified by the Accademia del Pizzocchero di Teglio, guarantees quality and tradition.
As for the main courses, meat takes center stage: don't miss the venison salmi with polenta and sautéed mushrooms, a true masterpiece of flavors.
And to top it off, the Braulio sorbet and buckwheat cake are the perfect finishing touches.

We found this place by chance, but it was a truly wonderful experience.
We had the Pizzocchero menu...
Gentlemen, for me, the best pizzoccheri I've eaten so far.
Appetizer: Sciat and cured meats (really excellent).
Plate of pizzoccheri, cheese to rinse, and dessert...
Everything was truly excellent.
Friendly, precise, and spectacular service, serving the pizzoccheri directly from the pan onto your plate.
I'll definitely be back.
It's definitely worth it!!!

Delicious sciatt served with salad... "to die for"! But the real masterpiece is the pizzoccheri. Truly, truly good. All served in a family atmosphere by kind and professional staff.
