We had a lovely meal at Ai Palmenti and the friendly service made for a special evening.
The venue offers all the charm of the region with it's vaulted ceilings and natural stone walls.
The menu was classic but with a few unexpected twists that were fun to experience!
But most of all the welcome was warm and our hosts truly attentive.

Mi esposa hizo el menú de 28 €. Empezó con la ricotina al horno, hierbas y tomates caramelizados. Fantástico en un pedazo de pan. Para su segunda tomó el Spashettone con crema parmesana. La pasta era rojiza hecha de remolacha. Delicioso! Para el Main - la torre de berenjenas, mozzarella, albahaca y salsa de tomate. Una gran lasaña de berenjena.
Tomé los raviolis con salsa de tomate amarilla. Probablemente uno de los mejores platos que tuve en este viaje. Para el plato principal tuve el salmón con mango, aguacate y ensalada de pimienta. ¡Delicioso!
Vino: teníamos el pórtico. Atrevidos, bajos en taninos y afrutados.
Excelente servicio y comida!
Ven a probar el nuevo menú en esta antigua iglesia de la mediana edad. ¡Sensacional!

My wife did the 28€ set menu. She started with the Baked Ricottine, herbs, and caramelized tomatoes. Fantastic on a piece of bread. For her second she had the Spashettone with Parmesan cream. The pasta was reddish made from beetroot. Delicious! For the Main-the eggplant tower, mozzarella, basil, and tomato sauce. A great eggplant lasagna.
I had the ravioli with a yellow tomato sauce. Probably one of the best dishes I had on this trip. For the main course I had the salmon with mango, avocado, and pepper salad. Delicious!!
Wine: we had the portico. Bold, low on the tannins and fruity.
Excellent service and food!!
Come and try the new menu in this former middle age church. Sensational!!

Very welcoming and kind waiters but what we ate was not the best. The pasta dish with speck was too salty, the second dish with fish was overcooked and full of bones and €5 for a potato was a bit excessive.
Welcoming but nothing more.

We loved EVERYTHING! The almost secret place is magnificent, the cuisine is authentic and excellent, the service is warm!
The service was a little long, but it proves that all the dishes are made to order! It’s in our Top 3 of the best homemade pastas!
And the local wine (thank you for allowing us to discover producers in the region) is delicious!
And all this at a more than affordable price!

Fresh inside or at the entrance on a very hot day, a meal shared by two...draught with bran and exceptional turnip tops!! Very soft horse rolls cooked at the moment... salad. A nice glass of fiano with a pleasant temperature in a position to be envied by other restaurants under the sun! Come here and you won't regret it!

It’s in a super cool location in a cave. The food is excellent. You can get an appetizer, pasta dish, and a second meal for 20-30 euros. It's worth the price for the location and quality of the food!
