Excellent raw materials, the atmosphere is a bit chaotic but it's fine for a quick lunch or a couple's lunch.

When I go to Villa Manin for an event, I like to go to Ai Bintars to taste the famous and excellent San Daniele prosciutto. The atmosphere is quiet and friendly. Very well organized. Well done.

A place that represents the culture of prosciutto.
If you want to enjoy it in abundance and at a high quality, you have to stop here.
A must-try.
Just one tip: change the type of bread you serve!

A quaint place in my beloved town of San Daniele. Here, everything is respectful of tradition and quality. The trattoria maintains a simple, understated look and feel. The red-checked tablecloths hint at the trattoria's familiar feel, which nevertheless underlies a high standard. Indeed, you can immediately notice the cleanliness, professionalism, and quality of what's on offer. The prosciutto is rigorously sliced, as in a rightly sacred ritual, with the careful gestures of those who know they're protecting an absolute record. The tasting of the prosciutto is abundant and excellent, and one should sniff it with your eyes closed before savoring it in your mouth (the prosciutto melts with such flavors and aromas that you'd wish to be counted among the sinners of Dante's circle of gluttons, provided you're guaranteed an eternal taste). San Daniele remains a one-of-a-kind gem; the DOCG prosciutto deserves to be recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. For these things, I declare myself absolutely anti-global. Long live Italy, an extraordinary food and wine paradise.

Sadly, more than forty years have passed since I first dined here. The main restaurant remains unchanged, and the quality of the prosciutto is still satisfactory. The wine by the glass and the optional side dishes are also good.
