Charming location. View of the Venice canal. Pasta was delicious and there was beautiful candlelight at each table. Felt like something out of a movie.

The five of us had dinner here last night, and it was definitely the best time we've shared since the beginning of our trip.
A warm atmosphere, delicious and comforting dishes, and above all, the service was beyond lovely!!!

A fairytale location, a quiet and romantic table overlooking the canal, a sumptuous dinner with exquisite and abundant dishes, and above all, the extraordinary professionalism and kindness of the staff. A special mention to Erica, who did everything she could to make my dream a reality and fit in with our schedule, as we were going to a concert afterwards. Thank you so much for this experience that we will remember for a lifetime!

One of the best Italian restaurants I have tried, it was my first time in Venice and I checked out a video that they have a beautiful table for special occasions facing the canal. Food is amazing, staff speaks both Italian and English and provides good suggestions, it’s a must try when in Venice.

Lads, we all know we don't care about the view. It's the same all over Venice and free. We all gathered here for our girlfriends... Their happiness is what matters. And I'll tell you this, my fiancé was the happiest today and that's what matters. The food, service and ambience was great. Lots of additions for free. We left with a romantic smile. Recommended!

Celebrating the end of our honeymoon, my wife and I chose Ristorante ai Barbacani for our final meal away. We (she) couldn't have picked a better venue. We were able to secure, in our humble opinion, one of the best tables in all of Venice. Nestled on a small private patio above the Rio del Mondo Novo, the setting was stunning yet incredibly intimate and the food was absolutely delicious from starters to dessert. And if that wasn't enough, somehow, the best part of our evening might have been our server Simone. He was informative, attentive, extremely helpful, down-right charming and even made some of the best cocktails we had all trip! It was an incredible ending to an amazing journey. We cannot recommend this place enough.
