After eating an extra large gelato in Sirmione we decided on a late lunch, closer to where we’re staying in Moniga Del Garda, Although finding a restaurant that was open a little later & for the Italian experience we were after was a little harder than expected, as most places close & get ready for dinner service. I found this place on Google & wasn’t expecting much, however we were surprised & delighted! We turned into a small pebble driveway & found an oasis. Driving past the vineyard & olive trees we found a great restaurant that was packed with locals (so my expectations of the food increased!).
The staff were so friendly & chatty. The person at the front desk checked with the kitchen before happily seating us. We had a glass of their white wine & had their olive oil with fresh bread, both delicious. We didn’t want to order too much & spoil dinner so we went for the mushroom fettuccine & the ravioli with meat. Very simple yet delicious meals. Great experience. If you’re in the area, a must for lunch. Bellissimo!
Ristorante fantastico, è piaciuto tantissimo a me e il mio marito. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo e il personale del posto è molto gentile. Ci siamo seduti fuori e c’era il panorama del lago e del verde . Lo consiglio tantissimo questo ristorante, abbiamo passato una bellissima serata.
