Very good "new" oil, honest price. I took 15 litres. To mark in the diary.

Used only as an olive press. From this point of view, the pressing service is recommended, especially if carried out with the old crusher (slow but which produces better oil). As far as the farmhouse is concerned, I can't express any opinion other than that, seen from the outside, the environment is nice and relaxing.

Pleasant surprise Dinner with work colleagues. Excellent farmhouse on the Florentine hills near Fiesole, has several apartments and rooms, with swimming pool with panoramic view. The restaurant has an internal room and outdoor tables and there is also a tensile structure for ceremonies. The smiling staff was nice and professional, the dishes tasted excellent, the creamy pici cacio e pepe very good, the pici with duck ragout 🦆 very good, the tagliatelle with truffle, the tartare (cut with a knife 🗡️) with burrata, anchovies and fried caper, it melted in the mouth, cut with roast potatoes, the desserts all made by them, the zuccotto with ricotta and chocolate chips, the grandmother's cake, all accompanied by their red wine. Pleasant evening, excellent dinner, good value for money, to return in the summer to enjoy everything excellent. I thank Marialuisa for the hospitality.

Agriturismo situato poco sopra le Caldine che offre cucina tipica Toscana. Piatti abbondanti e buoni, personale cortese. I tavoli all'aperto sono una chicca. Avevamo fatto un menu fisso dove il prezzo rispecchiava quello che abbiamo mangiato.

We went for dinner to celebrate a birthday. We ate very well and found some relief from the unbearable heat of late August. The dishes are plentiful and genuine, many prepared expressly, such as Florentine crepes or even millefeuille. The waitresses are very kind, helpful and friendly. The place is really beautiful, among olive trees and cultivated countryside.
