We stayed with Villiam and Patty for a few days in early August 2025. We greatly appreciated both the property, with a room that was actually a mini-apartment, and the welcoming atmosphere, as well as Patty's delicious and refined cuisine. Added to this were Villiam's helpfulness and his invaluable advice for our excursions, as well as the kindness and courtesy of the entire staff. Fantastic place with a very sweet owner who is always there for you. The room was clean and very spacious. The home-cooked food was fantastic! And there were three adorable rabbits running around the yard.

My husband, Aki, and I spent the August bank holiday at this farmhouse. We couldn't have asked for anything better: kindness, helpfulness, cleanliness, and a 5* restaurant.
We had a wonderful time, and with Villian and Patrizia, we felt right at home! Not only do I recommend it, but I hope to have the opportunity to return again. See you soon, Villian and Patrizia!

Here we found a home and a family.
I can only say that the hospitality, kindness, and presence of the owners was unexpected and surprising for us. I recommend spending at least one night in this enchanting place and staying for dinner. Everything was excellent. Thank you 🙏 Laura, Raniero, and Amelie ❤️

An enchanting place nestled in the beautiful Tuscan-Emilian hills: breathtaking views, excellent cuisine, and genuine hospitality thanks to Patti and Villiam. The restaurant offers authentic, carefully prepared dishes that are truly special. The training and seminar room is splendid: bright, welcoming, and perfect for moments of growth and sharing. I will definitely use it for my meditation courses and the programs I lead as an educator and trainer. A place I wholeheartedly recommend!

We went for a meal on August 15th. The food was limited, but everything was good, as was the wine. The price was fair, and the inside dining room was cool!

Location incantevole. Tortelli al top. Leccabaffi (sformato di tagliatelle con besciamella e funghi) da resuscitò, gnocchi di patate viola al blu di capra divino. Poi tanti secondi e contorni raffinati e delicati. Tagliere di salumi ottimo e tagliere di formaggi con cipolla caramellata e miele. Carta dei vini (locali) accurata. Superconsigliato
