We only used the restaurant. Pleasant and well-kept environment. Helpful and kind staff. Excellent traditional Piedmontese dishes. "Tasting" menu with the possibility of choosing only the seasoning for the first course and the desserts.

Very warm and nice place! We ended up here after two weeks of cycling and camping and couldn't have asked for a better end to our holiday. Delicious food and conviviality.

The location is suitable for those who want to go on excursions in the Monviso park or visit new areas such as Saluzzo Cuneo ... A structure with around 7 rooms, two large lounges and a cuisine that is remarkable in every sense, so much so that when each dish arrives it is like eating the first bite, the first bite, the best. The owner Gianfranco is a gentleman and is of exquisite kindness and as much as he seeks the customer's sympathy, he reveals a desired attention to detail. Possibility to taste local products and those of the structure which is surrounded by orchards and its own vegetable garden. The presence of an elevator helps those who need it. Gianfranco's wife is regal in appearance and is a queen in the kitchen. Ideal place for everyone, adults, children, couples, groups.... every day you have the pleasant sensation of starting something new, something that will fill your day starting from homemade bread... I just have to say Thanks to the luck that I he made it known.

Ottimo pranzetto a base di affettati, salumi e formaggi del quale abbiamo usufruito come da titolo avendolo in precedenza acquistato. Bella località nel verde, buona educazione da parte del titolare e del personale. Abbiamo acquistato anche alcuni vini non di produzione locale e degli antipasti e marmellate di loro produzione. Bella esperienza.

Easter lunch... Nice place, well looked after and very clean. The space between the tables was excellent and you weren't crowded. Excellent food and the right quantities. They also passed twice on the first and second courses. The selection of wines is also very good... The only flaw, in my personal opinion, was that the service was a little long, we finished lunch at 5.30pm. Overall though they deserve an excellent rating!! Congratulations to all the staff of "La Virginia"!!
