I went here for lunch on Monday, January 5th, after a few years, and... what can I say? A stunning location, excellent ingredients cooked to perfection... attention to detail in the dishes and the service. The price was decidedly competitive for the quality of the product. Highly recommended!

A well-maintained place in a beautiful location!
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The menu is very satisfying, from the à la carte menu to the pre-set menus.
I recommend the Schiavenza menu if you have a big appetite! You'll be pleasantly satisfied!
Reservations are recommended, as the food is so delicious that it's rare to find a table!

Overall: the food isn't bad, but it lacks the flavor and quality that could be described as excellent. The dishes are overly salty; the meat isn't bad, but it's not excellent either. In short, it feels a bit like a crowded place. I'm always looking for high-quality ingredients in my food: I don't think Schiavenza is a place worth over-regarding.

It seems to me that Viverone/Piverone in general has become a place where you spend more and more but the quality is increasingly declining. I've been going to these places for years.
Birthday dinner was €46 per person, and I say that's fine, but you expect impeccable service and food. Instead, we find ourselves at a table where everything is served sparingly, single-portion appetizers already on the plate, a bottle of wine for every six people, bread you always have to ask for... the quality is generally quite good, but for €46 per person for a table of 25 people, fill these plates up, come on!!!!
