The place is just off the GRA (ring road) in the Roman countryside. It looks like a farm with an adjacent herd of cattle and other animals. The welcome was warm, the staff very kind and attentive. They serve a variety of vegetable and classic appetizers, including the tagliatelle with wild boar ragù, which is very delicate. The meat (they also have specialty options, such as various types of dry-aged steaks) is very tender and delicious. The place evokes the feeling of being out on a hike, and it's very quiet and warm inside. Overall, everything was great, and we'll be back again.

Located in the Trigoria area of Rome, it's surrounded by greenery and uses only locally sourced produce.
The adjacent cattle farm is noteworthy (and open to visitors).
The dishes are very well prepared and the portions are generous.
The service, at least from what I've seen, is impeccable and fast.
The prices are average or slightly higher, but we're talking about high-quality products.
A must-try.

It's a country place, just steps from EUR. It's a place where the meat is spectacular, as are all the vegetables from the garden. I ate the ramoracce, a rarity. Very attentive and professional service. Federico, a great host, guides you through the meat selection with great knowledge of the cuts. The wine list is good, with a focus on smaller, high-quality wineries. Prices are average. Ample free parking. What more can I say? Highly recommended! We'll be back.

Warm atmosphere and friendly, professional staff.
Excellent food, both for the pasta dishes and the meats. The tagliolini with pumpkin, sausage, and chestnuts are delicious; definitely worth a try. I highly recommend it.

A lovely surprise...! Family atmosphere, excellent hospitality and food. I recommend it and will definitely be back. The bread is excellent, homemade, the meat is excellent, and the rigatoni alla coda alla vaccinara is made to perfection. The fried pumpkin skin is also excellent... thanks to Mr. Federico... very welcoming! ☺️

The meat was truly high-quality. We tried the Florentine steak from their cows, which grazed just a few hundred meters from our table. It was an excellent experience, and the staff were very kind and generous.

We've eaten at this agriturismo twice. The first time was in June, for a birthday; it was an excellent experience in every way. We chose the set menu and were very satisfied with both the quality and quantity of the food.
We returned today for lunch, opting for the à la carte menu as we wanted to try the beautiful dry-aged meat on display. The quality of the food is always good, but the quantity is absolutely inadequate for the appetizers and first courses. Four mixed appetizers cost €20 each, for a total of €80, which was truly meager. The first courses were also poor, perhaps 80 grams of pasta, which I don't expect at a agriturismo. The grilled meat was very good; obviously, the latter increases the price, but that's normal. I therefore recommend customers take advantage of the set menu, or skip everything else and just order the second courses, which are good and in adequate quantities.
I respectfully ask the owner: either something went wrong today in the kitchen and/or with the service, or I can't understand the point of serving small appetizers and first courses (which are made with the cheapest ingredients) and doing the opposite with the second courses.
