An authentic and high-level culinary experience at Agriturismo La Borina!
The Agriturismo La Borina is a true gem in the local restaurant scene. From the first moment, there is a welcoming and genuine atmosphere, with a service that, despite its informality, stands out for its impeccable professionalism and great attention to the customer.
The real protagonist is undoubtedly the cuisine, which enchants with the superlative quality of the ingredients and the mastery of preparation.
The workhorse is their mallard, raised directly on their farm.
We had the pleasure of tasting it both in the sumptuous cappellacci with mallard and truffle, an explosion of refined flavours, and in the wood-fired cooking, which enhances its juiciness and intense flavour. A rare excellence to find!
The braised beef cheek also deserves a special mention: a true delight, very tender and rich in flavour, which literally melts in your mouth.
The wine list is a real treasure, with a wide and carefully curated selection of labels that go perfectly with the gastronomic offer. Lovers of the great Venetian reds will find what they want, with a notable choice of Valpolicella, Ripasso and other highly prized wines.
Finally, praise for the prices, which are absolutely honest considering the very high quality offered. Indeed, one could easily say that the experience is worth much more than what is required.

All good: juicy tripe starter, polenta with porcini mushrooms and soppressa, but the tortelloni with mallard and truffle were top marks. Sweet sublime classic. Cheers.

Sono stata in questo ristorante per la cena di pensionamento di un collega. Il posto è meraviglioso, il personale molto cortese e disponibile. Avevo delle necessità diverse rispetto al resto del tavolo dal momento che sono vegetariana: i camerieri sono stati molto bravi e cortesi nel propormi più alternative tra cui scegliere e, per altro, non le solite alternative noiose riservate ai vegetariani. Ho mangiato dei piatti buonissimi, con ingredienti di qualità e veramente ben fatti.
All’interno il locale è molto bello ed accogliente.
