Agriturismo il Portico In Capalbio

…on the occasion of my trip to Tuscany!!…with a group of people!!…from an agency in my city!!…I stopped for lunch here!!…at the “Il Portico” farmhouse!!…so I am in Capalbio!!…and I am precisely three kilometers away!!…and this structure is located!!…in a quiet location!!…immersed in the wonderful nature of the Tuscan Maremma!!…I was served a good appetizer!!…a good first course!!…followed by the second course and then a fantastic tiramisu!!…all typical products!!…with the true flavor of Tuscany!!…dishes brought to the table by the owner!!…he did everything!!…zero waiting time!!…what can I say!!…I ate really well!!…here at the “Il Portico” farmhouse!!…the authentic dishes of Tuscan cuisine!!…yes!!!…I would gladly go back again!!…🍽️🎉👌💯🔝⬆️‼️

Mrs. Gigliola was extremely welcoming and helpful. The breakfast desserts, all homemade, were superb!

The food is truly excellent, with a typically Maremma menu featuring quality produce. The staff is incredibly friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the setting is lush with greenery, a view of Capalbio, and a few cute kittens roaming around the garden.

The place is beautiful, the food excellent, and the waiter was very knowledgeable and courteous. I'd say it's one of the best places I've ever been to. Congratulations!!!

In a prized corner of Tuscany, 4 km from the splendid village of Capalbio, this small agriturismo is a pleasant and relaxing place: six ground-floor rooms set in a beautifully manicured garden, well-equipped rooms, new bathrooms, spotless linens, and air conditioning. A swimming pool, though not huge, is nestled in the greenery of the garden, and there's ample parking. The breakfast was excellent, with cakes prepared by the owner, and even the restaurant, although I didn't try it, felt very busy! And last but not least, in front of the portico overlooking the rooms, a wonderful weeping willow tree takes up all the space possible on nature's stage, like a leading actor! Strengths: relaxing, clean, child-friendly... Prices? They certainly aren't those of agriturismos in other locations, but they are reasonable compared to August and considering a glamorous place like Capalbio and its beautiful sea! Open from April to September. We'll definitely return!

What can I say? I found it by chance online, looking for a quiet place to celebrate a birthday, and I decided to go to Portico. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious, especially the pici cacio e pepe! I'll have to come back to try more.
