The food is good, home-cooked. The fettuccine is delicious, and the ricotta cake is sublime. You can also buy olive oil, wine, and cheese. Excellent products.

Fantastic place. The food is delicious, the prices are low, the quality is excellent, the service is friendly, and the sunsets are breathtaking. Great place for snacks, lunches, afternoon teas, dinners, and even take-out sandwiches!

We stopped in for coffee and ate everything the house had to offer. Pasta, dumplings, regional meats, and cakes. The service was friendly. It was clean and pleasant.

23/09/2025: A very beautiful place, with divinely prepared typical Maremma dishes. We had Maremma ravioli with wild boar ragu, fillet steak with porcini mushrooms, and wild boar cacciatore. Everything was delicious. Due to bad weather, we couldn't dine on the outdoor terrace; the tables are spread across various levels with a view of the valley, truly beautiful. Highly recommended.
17/09/2025: A friend highly recommended it to us. The place is located in Tirli, a small village nestled in the hinterland between Castiglione della Pescaia and Punta Ala. The sea view is stunning, and the tagliatelle, wild boar ragu, and onion crostini are excellent.

30/12/2025: Every time my partner and I come to Maremma, we have at least one aperitivo at Golosofia. The owners are kind and welcoming; they personally try and select all the products in their wine shop. All are Tuscan, especially from the Maremma. Yesterday, in addition to two glasses of wine, we also ordered a platter of game cured meats. Everything was excellent. And at a great price. We highly recommend it, not only for the quality but also for the splendid view of Sovana's main square.
19/09/2025: A must-see, excellent local products, served with passion and knowledge. Wonderful!
