Excellent experience immersed in nature where time seems to have stopped... where you still meet real people with values ​​in life like the owners who take us into their lives in this enchanted place by telling stories about them... excellent cuisine and product quality; excellent choice of wines, breakfasts always with their products, and what can I say delicious! Congratulations... you can't help but appreciate these places and these wonderful people who, with a little of them, make us a little better! Well done

What a lovely place! We just escaped a bad experience with an airbnb booking and were in urgent need of a place to stay and were so warmly welcomed in this very soulful place, we loved the decoration, the food and the refreshing surrounding by juicy green woods. We will come back! We also were led to a magical place, that I won’t share here. But it touched us deeply… thank you!

My family and I had the best stay here in June. Francesca and her family were amazing hosts. She told us all about the history of her family and the farm. We came here after a day down at Cince Terra, about a 45-50 min drive in to the mountains. The rooms were spacious and cozy with beautiful views of the mountains. Relaxing and quiet. The home cooked dinner and fresh breakfast we had was the best part. Dinner menu was farm-fresh and they educated us about what they harvest as well as all the amazing regional wines from their selection. Very delicious. The homemade yogurt from their cows was spectacular. What a gem of a place! I hope to return. Grazie mille!

We stayed for 2 nights. The choice of true green building materials such as straw, wood, clay and lime is admirable. Family atmosphere because it is managed by a family perfectly inserted in the natural context of a remote and silent place. Healthy and refined cuisine...very local! Room with comfortable beds and bathroom furnished with refinement and care. We didn't use the paths because it rained for two days, which is another reason to go back and discover them.

If you want to unplug for a few days this is the right place. Surrounded by nature. Basic rooms but clean and in tune with the context. And obviously without TV. Hospitality and friendliness at the top. Really excellent dinner. Highly recommended.

We had barely left before already hatching a plan to return! The restaurant is out of this world and a champion of slow food with brilliant cheeses made on site, we knew it’d be good because locals we happened across (from miles away at a car garage or taxis in towns over) would know it and tell us how special it is. The whole ethos of the il filo di paglia set up is respectful of the natural world and the family hosting create an extremely wholesome and warm holiday for everyone. Unforgettable!

Excellent experience! Too bad we didn't stay longer on this organic farm and the restaurant is only open on weekends during the low season. We really appreciated the decor of the room like in an old farmhouse, it's original and the jacuzzi in the room.
