We had breakfast 4 times in a five day stay. Perfect service - both their focaccia and yoghurt and fruit was perfect. Their ice cappuccino was also fantastic

If you are looking for a fantastic view, food & beverage, climb to the top of Riomaggiore and experience Old School for breakfast or dinner! The service was so incredible, you feel as if the staff and the owner had known you for years. They treat everyone, quiet or loud, with the same respect everyone deserves. Carmen, Francesco e Tony (SGL for the ladies!), you are truly special. Thank you for such an amazing time! The cocktails are fantastic, great prices & the food is so amazing, you got us to go twice in one day. Grazie Mille! We’ll be singing your praises for years.

I came just for a drink, but ended up staying for dinner. Carmen creates a great atmosphere and I had a wonderful time. Highly recommended!

It was simply wonderful. Such a great atmosphere. The waitress was so funny; she sang and danced. Loved it! The melon spritz is delicious! ;>

10/10 reccomend! Amazing atmosphere, Carmen and Evo are awesome! So glad we walked into here. Had conversations with them the whole time and even tried the other bar and gelato place owned by the family!

We had dinner and then returned for breakfast. The location is very picturesque, overlooking the square and the village. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. The food and wine were good.

26/07/2026: Good afternoon everyone. This is actually a very interesting restaurant, with a polite and helpful staff. Unfortunately, we were unable to open the link to the restaurant's website on Google Maps (perhaps the website is heavy or complex, but for some reason, the link leads to a photo of the hotel), and we were unable to book a table or order takeout. Therefore, we would like to warn you to call and inquire about the details, as the restaurant is highly sought after and tables are often reserved in advance. We will also make sure to book a table in advance or arrange for delivery when we travel to this area of Italy again. Best regards, Vladimir and Oksana.

07/08/2026: On Friday evening I had 4 dishes, each one different from the other, all delicious.
