10/06/2025: The name cantina is certainly suitable for the wine selection and the very special location, but it is not exhaustive for the gastronomic offer. An ancient cellar dug into the tuff, with quality gastronomic proposals, which enhance the typical and sometimes forgotten products of local agriculture such as lupin soup, roveia and wild herbs, or "creative" reinterpretations such as dolmades alla soranese. The pastry made with potatoes and pecorino is very original. The menu offers a good number of naturally gluten-free dishes. A unique experience that is remembered with pleasure.
