Corte d’Aibo is one of those places that captivates you from the moment you arrive. Nestled in the hills, surrounded by the silence and scents of nature, it offers an authentic and welcoming atmosphere that is hard to forget. The restaurant is a celebration of local cuisine: carefully crafted dishes, quality ingredients, and flavors that reflect tradition with a touch of creativity. The rooms are splendid: spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished, they strike the perfect balance between modern comfort and rustic warmth. Sleeping here truly means rejuvenating yourself. The wine deserves a special mention. Corte d’Aibo’s production is the result of careful and respectful work with the land, and it comes through in every sip. From crisp whites to enveloping reds, every bottle tells a piece of this place. I personally loved their Pignoletto: fresh, elegant, perfect both on its own or paired with a dish. A true discovery. And then there's Margherita: the true soul of the establishment. It's impossible not to notice the care and love she puts into everything she does. Her presence makes the experience even more pleasant: attentive, kind, hospitable, always ready to make every guest feel truly special. La Corte d'Aibo is much more than a farmhouse: it's an experience, a refuge, a place you'll gladly return to. Highly recommended.

Let me start by saying we were only there for lunch. Good potential, but something is missing beyond maturity and management. The quality/price ratio is too much in favor of the latter.

We stayed for one night in November. Everything was truly excellent, the rooms were clean and well-kept. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was superb. The atmosphere, with the lake, was relaxing; a trip out of town worth repeating.

First of all, let's say a big thank you to Romeo! He was incredibly helpful.. he helped us with everything we needed because of the baby! The meal he served us was truly delicious! It was an enjoyable stay.. beautiful space.. we felt incredibly calm.. everything was beautiful and wonderful! The only thing you need to pay attention to is the insect screens! And replacing the refrigerator!

The place is truly wonderful: immaculately kept gardens and vineyards stretching to the horizon. The view alone is worth the stay. It's a shame about the services, which aren't up to par with the prices. Everything is very rustic, and the staff is clearly understaffed: only one person takes care of tastings, reception, check-in, and table service. The rooms are simple, but lack basic amenities like slippers, shower gel, and other amenities you'd expect even in cheaper properties. A charming place for its scenery and tranquility, but the services could use some updating.

A charming farmhouse nestled in the hills of Bologna. The peaceful atmosphere and the welcoming staff pampered us throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. I also recommend a wine tasting.

A magical 1-night stay! Nestled among hills and vineyards with a charming eco-lake, this place feels like a little castle escape. Stunning sunset views from the restaurant, delicious food, wine tasting, and the sweetest team made it unforgettable. Yes, there were a few mosquitoes and the internet wasn’t the strongest, but that’s nature’s way of reminding you to put devices aside and enjoy the beauty around. Wish we stayed longer!

We stayed at Corte d'Aibo for three nights as part of our family gathering. The whole place is beautiful and so much thought has gone into making it a very special place to stay. Our family room was very comfortable with a good sofa bed for the kids. The wine and food was delicious. The natural pool was great. Margherita was a lovely and helpful host and gave us some excellent recommendations. We'd love to come back.

We first found out about Corte d'Aibo whilst at the Slow Wine festival in Bologna, in fact Margherita was the first person we spoke to. She was just setting up so we went to a few other stalls to taste their wine and then returned back. Every wine we tasted at the stall was wonderful and we were very impressed with the philosophy and care the vineyard had. Fast forward a couple of months and my daughter and myself had the pleasure of staying at the vineyard. The setting, the ambience, the quality of everything is truly amazing. Margherita is so hard working and a credit to her lovely parents who also work non stop. Her father is a master of wine and so clever at getting perfection, he is also experimenting with new wines. The food is some of the nicest we have had in Italy, a lot of it grown on the premises. The apartments are lovely and the fresh water pool stunning. If you want to just relax and chill out whilst enjoying quality then please go here. We are going to the Classic Car Show in Bologna later this year and will have a few days here as well. Come next year I am taking my whole family out, the grandchildren can just run around and swim in the pool etc. Margherita is getting married in September and we wish her, Matteo and the family the best.
