Ristorante vegano, che dire? Una cena davvero squisita, di quelle che ti fanno pensare: “Ma perché non mangio così tutti i giorni?” Alcuni piatti sono all’altezza dei migliori stellati: il carciofo d’apertura è una poesia vegetale, il dolce — una mousse agli arachidi — è semplicemente indimenticabile. Da provare almeno una volta nella vita. Anzi, due. L’ambiente è curato e accogliente, immerso nel verde, con un tocco animal friendly che rende tutto ancora più piacevole. Il personale è gentile, presente, mai invadente. Ci hanno riservato una stanzetta intima per il compleanno di mia sorella, e l’atmosfera è stata perfetta: calda, tranquilla, elegante senza essere rigida. Il menù cambia spesso, e questo lo rende ancora più interessante: ogni visita può regalare nuove sorprese. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo, che in posti così curati non è mai scontato. In sintesi? Se siete in zona (ma anche se non lo siete), vale il viaggio. Cena o pranzo che sia, preparatevi a far pace con la cucina vegana — o ad innamorarvene per la prima volta.

Beautiful relais surrounded by the greenery of the splendid olive trees, from which they obtain a healthy e.v.o. with which they season their delicacies. We hope to return soon!

An enchanting setting, where everything around you smells of relaxation, alternative vegan food, if you think you are eating vegetables you are wrong, here the vegetables are enjoyed and prepared like no one else could do, Melania is always thorough in presenting her dishes, everything comes from her vegetable garden which is clearly visible from the farmhouse. A unique experience for the palate, but also for body and mind.....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

A truly pleasant location, surrounded by greenery. We stayed one night in the Buzzard room, on two floors and super spacious. The breakfast was truly delicious, vegan and rich. Super helpful and kind staff

My fiance and I came here for dinner last night, unsure of what to expect, and having been vegan for a full year now it was our favourite ever vegan meal!! The restaurant is situated in a beautiful remote hotel and the restaurant itself has character and a beautiful lit fireplace. There were some adorable dogs to keep you company and the staff were amazing. The food itself was absolutely incredible- the cheeseboard was delicious and my partner loved his Arancini so much he said he would just order multiple ones next time. The pasta dishes were also wonderful and to finish the tiramisu was to die for! We are so excited to have found this gem of a restaurant near us and can’t wait to be back!!! Grazie Mille ✨

We had been wanting to come and try Coroncina's cuisine for a long time, and even though we live more than an hour away, we took advantage of their last day of opening before the winter break and we regretted only one thing: not having done it before! The atmosphere is enchanting, thanks to the lit fireplace around which the facility's dogs snooze, well-behaved and extremely calm even when they wander between the tables. It practically feels like being at home, thanks also to the relaxed and friendly service (and at the same time fast and efficient). The tasting menu is highly recommended, which includes four refined and comforting courses, in which traditional dishes revisited in a plant-based key (from carbonara to tiramisu) alternate with compositions that are already 100% plant-based from the start. A note of merit also goes to the toilets, impeccable in terms of accessibility. We will return as soon as possible!
