We recently returned from a stay at this vegan relais, and we can say it's truly worth it. The eco-friendly property offers every comfort and immediately conveys a sense of harmony with nature. The cuisine is impeccable: organic, wholesome, and completely vegan, with gluten-free options available. The chef is always ready to satisfy every need, with great attention and availability. One detail we loved was the little touches in the room: homemade water kefir in the mini-bar, herbal teas, and vegan biscotti—a real treat that made us feel even more pampered. A special thank you goes to Letizia, a true angel. She took care of us and our daughter while we enjoyed the private spa, making us feel at home and pampered at all times, always present but never intrusive. It's a place where you can breathe peace and tranquility, perfect for those who want to regenerate and enjoy an authentic and mindful experience. We'll definitely be back! 🌿✨

We enjoyed: accommodation, dinner, breakfast, and spa. Impeccable service, delicious and plentiful dinner, lovely room, good breakfast (perhaps not very plentiful), but the room was a bit noisy. Definitely a beautiful place, we'll return!

This place is a marvel, with a wonderful view, a delightful structure, minimal yet elegant, a well-kept garden, attentive and empathetic staff. We were pampered by Giada and Letizia, and super spoiled by Luca's splendid cuisine. We didn't have a single dish wrong, two touching dinners, full of flavour. We will definitely be back, how could you not come back?

I discovered this wonderful place while browsing the internet for a local vegan restaurant for my wife. I immediately chose it when I discovered I could also stay overnight (with breakfast included) and stay in a magnificent barrel. No sooner said than done. In hindsight, it was a perfect decision. The welcome we received was warm and friendly: all the staff were very kind and helpful. The atmosphere here is truly sublime, almost unreal: in the silence of nature, you immerse yourself in a state of pure peace, and the animals we encountered also conveyed that feeling of powerful relaxation. We also enjoyed the fabulous outdoor pool, complete with a nearby hot shower. The experience of sleeping inside for a night is unique and formidable: I highly recommend trying it, especially to those who have never done it before. Comfortable, functional, cozy, charming, and with all the essentials. Oh, I almost forgot about dinner, the one that started my entire search: it was superb, from the very first course to the dessert, I had the opportunity to savor unique, unrepeatable, and astonishing flavors. What more can I say? We don't remember ever having eaten such delicious and exquisite dishes, especially vegan ones. They were undoubtedly on par with classic Roman or Marche dishes, like rigatoni carbonara, bucatini amatriciana, and olive ascolane. Everything was truly excellent and delicious. Last but not least, breakfast the next morning: FABULOUS. The only downside is that the shop didn't have any olive oil for sale, as it was already sold out. Oh well, it'll be a wonderful excuse (as if one were needed) to return and buy more delicacies. Highly recommended. Five stars more than deserved.
