This place is a marvel, with a wonderful view, a delightful structure, minimal yet elegant, a well-kept garden, attentive and empathetic staff. We were pampered by Giada and Letizia, and super spoiled by Luca's splendid cuisine. We didn't have a single dish wrong, two touching dinners, full of flavour. We will definitely be back, how could you not come back?

I discovered this wonderful place while browsing the internet for a local vegan restaurant for my wife. I immediately chose it when I discovered I could also stay overnight (with breakfast included) and stay in a magnificent barrel. No sooner said than done. In hindsight, it was a perfect decision. The welcome we received was warm and friendly: all the staff were very kind and helpful. The atmosphere here is truly sublime, almost unreal: in the silence of nature, you immerse yourself in a state of pure peace, and the animals we encountered also conveyed that feeling of powerful relaxation. We also enjoyed the fabulous outdoor pool, complete with a nearby hot shower. The experience of sleeping inside for a night is unique and formidable: I highly recommend trying it, especially to those who have never done it before. Comfortable, functional, cozy, charming, and with all the essentials. Oh, I almost forgot about dinner, the one that started my entire search: it was superb, from the very first course to the dessert, I had the opportunity to savor unique, unrepeatable, and astonishing flavors. What more can I say? We don't remember ever having eaten such delicious and exquisite dishes, especially vegan ones. They were undoubtedly on par with classic Roman or Marche dishes, like rigatoni carbonara, bucatini amatriciana, and olive ascolane. Everything was truly excellent and delicious. Last but not least, breakfast the next morning: FABULOUS. The only downside is that the shop didn't have any olive oil for sale, as it was already sold out. Oh well, it'll be a wonderful excuse (as if one were needed) to return and buy more delicacies. Highly recommended. Five stars more than deserved.

La Coroncina is a charming place, nestled in the hills and well-maintained. We stayed here for four days in August and had a wonderful time. The pool, always open, is a real treat, especially on hot summer days. Our room, the barrel room, was a delightful surprise: quaint, with a splendid view of the hills, perfect for those seeking a more intimate experience. I would especially recommend it to those traveling light, as it's compact yet cozy. Using the outdoor shower was very convenient. For those visiting La Coroncina primarily for the vegan cuisine, I would recommend a stay of about three days: just enough time to fully savor all the menu items and enjoy a complete gastronomic experience. A special thanks goes to Letizia for her warm welcome, kindness, and attentiveness, and to Giada for her precision and friendliness. Two people who make this place even more special.

I gave my parents a two-night stay here for their anniversary, and what can I say? I couldn't have made a better choice! They loved the quality of the food, the beauty of the place, and the kindness of the staff, all in a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We're super satisfied!

Ristorante vegano, che dire? Una cena davvero squisita, di quelle che ti fanno pensare: “Ma perché non mangio così tutti i giorni?” Alcuni piatti sono all’altezza dei migliori stellati: il carciofo d’apertura è una poesia vegetale, il dolce — una mousse agli arachidi — è semplicemente indimenticabile. Da provare almeno una volta nella vita. Anzi, due. L’ambiente è curato e accogliente, immerso nel verde, con un tocco animal friendly che rende tutto ancora più piacevole. Il personale è gentile, presente, mai invadente. Ci hanno riservato una stanzetta intima per il compleanno di mia sorella, e l’atmosfera è stata perfetta: calda, tranquilla, elegante senza essere rigida. Il menù cambia spesso, e questo lo rende ancora più interessante: ogni visita può regalare nuove sorprese. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo, che in posti così curati non è mai scontato. In sintesi? Se siete in zona (ma anche se non lo siete), vale il viaggio. Cena o pranzo che sia, preparatevi a far pace con la cucina vegana — o ad innamorarvene per la prima volta.
