A normal, enjoyable place. The locals call it "Da Mimmo." It has a lovely outdoor terrace, perfect for the warmer months. Its specialty? Its taralli, imported directly from Puglia: fennel and raisins. Outstanding.

Varisco is a comfort zone like few others, a safe haven, a place to be pampered, and a little corner worth protecting because it's increasingly rare in Milan. A casual yet welcoming bar that makes you feel like you're in a homey courtyard. Everything is simple and authentic, from the wine to the pucce, while the platters featuring those Apulian products are fabulous (the taralli are delicious!). An aperitivo with friends, at reasonable prices, that happily flows into the evening. It's family-run, and they're always super kind, helpful, and friendly. Come once and you'll want to come back again and again!

Don't be fooled by the fact that it's a tobacconist, because they make the best cocktails in Milan (the Negroni sbagliato, in particular), at very reasonable prices. And the food, well... simply 🤤

I've celebrated my birthday here several times because it has a family atmosphere. The owners and their daughter are incredibly friendly and kind, the place is charming, you feel at home, the food is excellent (the puccia salentina and aperitivo are sublime), and the prices are reasonable. In short, one of my favorite places to spend an evening with friends.

Friday aperitif with live jazz music on the sidewalk. Tabacchi vecchia Milano with tables outside in a very lively area, excellent service and good prices. Highly recommended, better to book. Better to arrive by bike or public transport, parking impossible.

I celebrated my 30th birthday at Mimmo and Luciana and I can assure you that it was like celebrating with family! Super helpful and kind, they made this day even more special by trying to accommodate my every suggestion (thanks for the balloons :)). Excellent quality and fast service; I already happily frequented Bar Varisco for my aperitifs, now I will have an additional reason to return: having found exquisite people like Mimmo and Luciana!

A place with a retro charm. The owners are great company and take great care of the food and drinks offered. The eggplant meatballs are amazing! 🧆🍟🍷

Last outpost of the bars of other times. When courtesy and service really counted for something. At Varisco you always feel at home, the service is special and more unique than rare. The wonderful and genuine staff. If you are respectful people and you are looking for a welcoming place full of good vibes, you can't go wrong.
