Agriturismo Buratta is a place that strikes you first and foremost for its atmosphere: in the heart of Maremma, immersed in an authentic, rural setting, it immediately gives you the feeling of being somewhere far away from everything. The atmosphere is 100% rustic, with a house that still retains the simple, authentic charm of times gone by, yet has been tastefully transformed into a farmhouse. The staff is young, friendly, and knowledgeable (no complaints there, in fact: congratulations!!), with a welcoming smile that immediately makes you feel at ease. It should be noted, however, that there is no "service" in the traditional sense: after ordering, you are called over a loudspeaker to collect your tray with plates, cutlery, and everything else you need, and you set the table yourself. It's certainly an informal and unique experience, which you may or may not like, but it's worth considering, especially considering the price. There were four of us and we paid €28 each: a slightly high price considering the lack of full service, but more or less justified by the quality of the ingredients. The dishes are authentic, prepared with top-quality ingredients, and convey the authentic flavor of Maremma tradition. In short, an experience that leaves a lasting impression more for the atmosphere than the formality of the service!

Fantastic. Excellent location, halfway between the tourist entrance to the Maremma Park and Orbetello. Clean farmhouse, clean rooms, excellent food with local specialties. Mr. Silvio is always available. Excellent value for money. In the evening, the waiters are always courteous and always try to please the guests. We'll be back.

This evening we dined at this place, completely immersed in nature, characterized by a simple yet refined atmosphere. The first courses were excellent, as were the second courses; the house red wine was also good. Overall, a 10/10. We highly recommend it to everyone. 😁

A beautiful evening in June. Always better to book. Excellent food and excellent location in the middle of nature. You have to be careful in the evening with the car because it often happens during the journey that wild animals such as foxes or deer cross the road

Simple rooms, pleasant but definitely improvable. Above all they are too dark, it would be enough to change the lights to give a whole other aspect. We stayed 2 nights but they didn't make up our room which I didn't understand and didn't expect at all. The breakfast based on homemade cakes was very good but with little choice of other things. The strong point is the dinner at the deli, you order at the table and then you are called... like a festival. Everything is very spartan with paper plates and canteen-style trays but good and in the end it's good for an evening different from the usual. Ideal for dinners with friends without having to get back in the car. Bring mosquito repellent!

In truth, this review refers only to the dinner we had. It is also necessary to specify the type of service offered: a concentrated but rich menu, you order and then you are called by the megaphone (it sounds like who knows what, but it is not very loud 😅) and you go to the counter to collect it. A necessary clarification to avoid the surprise effect. Having said that, the food is really good: local products and an authentic taste. After a series of various cold cuts and cheeses, we had the potato cannelloni with ragù and wild boar gnocchi. Then we moved on to the wild boar stew and guinea fowl (in addition to being good, it is also unusual to find it so you can't help but try it). Finally, the house desserts. All things considered, the prices are fair. Even lower than other proposals in the area that are not of the same quality. Therefore, highly recommended. Booking is a must

Splendid farmhouse in the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by greenery. We were only there for dinner and I must say that the food was exquisite and the feline company more than appreciated! A detail that struck us was the service; it is a kind of self-service, you are called once your order is ready. Really congratulations💘

Ho passato qui una cena; la qualità del cibo e dei loro ingredienti è elevata. La carne, infatti come pochi, è veramente fresca e buona. Anche il personale è molto disponibile e simpatico.
