The wild boar and suckling pig are superb! I've never tasted so good! And the desserts, I always try them all because it's impossible to choose. In short, Buratta is synonymous with quality and good food; anyone passing through Talamone and the surrounding area simply has to stop by.

The highlight: the meat. And the platters of cured meats, cheeses, and pickled vegetables. The raw materials and the finished product are of the highest quality. Order and collect at the counter. When your food is ready, you'll be called over the loudspeaker and your name will be announced. The price isn't the lowest, but you pay for quality.

Excellent food in the relaxing Maremma countryside. The only drawback is the lack of directions.

Agriturismo Buratta is a place that strikes you first and foremost for its atmosphere: in the heart of Maremma, immersed in an authentic, rural setting, it immediately gives you the feeling of being somewhere far away from everything. The atmosphere is 100% rustic, with a house that still retains the simple, authentic charm of times gone by, yet has been tastefully transformed into a farmhouse. The staff is young, friendly, and knowledgeable (no complaints there, in fact: congratulations!!), with a welcoming smile that immediately makes you feel at ease. It should be noted, however, that there is no "service" in the traditional sense: after ordering, you are called over a loudspeaker to collect your tray with plates, cutlery, and everything else you need, and you set the table yourself. It's certainly an informal and unique experience, which you may or may not like, but it's worth considering, especially considering the price. There were four of us and we paid €28 each: a slightly high price considering the lack of full service, but more or less justified by the quality of the ingredients. The dishes are authentic, prepared with top-quality ingredients, and convey the authentic flavor of Maremma tradition. In short, an experience that leaves a lasting impression more for the atmosphere than the formality of the service!
