The location is the highlight while for the rest... well.. I can't save anything. Starting with the owner/manager: we had kindly asked to move the table due to the fumes as we also had a small child and he responded in a very arrogant and rude manner. It was enough to just be kind...the food was nothing special despite the very high bill. In short, you paid a lot for mediocre food and service that leaves something to be desired. Sin! There is certainly much better!

Fantastic farmhouse.
We went to this farmhouse on a Saturday for lunch, looking for a place to taste typical products.
We found a wonderful structure surrounded by greenery and with a beautiful view, which left us speechless.
The restaurant room presents itself with a very particular style. Full of vintage objects, cleverly placed which make the atmosphere particularly welcoming.
The glass window on the veranda offers a unique experience for a lunch with an extraordinary view.
The food is excellent, generous dishes well executed, with particular and always interesting combinations.
We tried an off-menu chicken Viterbese which I highly recommend.
The side dishes and also the fried appetizer from the garden are excellent.
For dessert we chose the cheese platter with truly exceptional dried and seasonal fruit. The apple fritters with walnut custard are also excellent.
In addition to the restaurant, the structure offers other services such as rooms for overnight stays, a cocktail lounge, and a playground.
Truly recommended.
We will be back to try the other offerings on the menu

Torre after years in this wonderful corner of peace and finding it improved is truly an immense pleasure.
Family Christmas lunch with an à la carte menu is truly a plus that is difficult to find. Excellent meats of their own production, with a twist. Like the grilled tataki (in honor of the Japanese-style sauce they created).
Staff attentive and present but never intrusive despite the place being sold out. The closed veranda overlooking the countryside is perfect, especially when the area is heated by pellet stoves.
We will be back soon.

Torre dopo anni in questo meraviglioso angolo di pace e trovarlo migliorato è davvero un immenso piacere.
Pranzo di Natale in famiglia con menù alla carta è davvero un plus difficile da ritrovare. Carni eccellenti di loro produzione,con tocco dí rivisitazione. Come la tagliata alla brace tataki( in onore della salsa di loro creazione in stile giapponese).
Personale attento e presente ma mai invadente nonostante il locale fosse soldout. La veranda chiusa con vista sulla campagna è perfetta, soprattutto quando la zona è scaldata da stufe a Pellet.
Torneremo presto.

Excellent quality raw materials.
Easily accessible and surrounded by nature.
I will definitely come back.
PS: I didn't use the accommodation, but only lunch at the restaurant.

Veramente un bel posto dove passare parte della giornata. Ambiente molto caloroso e confortevole, con. Il menù è prettamente a base di carne (tutto quello che portano in tavola è prodotto direttamente da loro o da produttori locali) ed abbiamo assaggiato un po' di tutto, iniziando con delle empanadas ripiene di ragù di cinghiale con salsa agrodolce. Poi tagliolini ai funghi porcini e due tagliate di manzo, una con porro fritto, sesamo e salsa teriaki e l'altra con cipolla rossa caramellata e pomodorini confit e olio al rosmarino, accompagnate entrambe da un paio di bruschette con olio. Di contorno, patate in pastella con salsa BBQ fatta da loro e per finire un semifreddo al pistacchio e cioccolato bianco. Qualità della materia prima molto alta, le empanadas particolari, la pasta fresca si scioglieva in bocca e con i porcini non era per niente pesante; particolare il fatto che la carne ci venisse servita direttamente sulla piastra calda. Servizio di ottimo livello, molto curato da quello che credo fosse uno dei proprietari. Vivamente consigliato anche per il panorama! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
