We had dinner at this agriturismo. The food was delicious, everything very fresh. We had the Florentine steak (which I didn't have time to photograph), which was incredibly tender and tasty. We'll definitely be back.

Braciami is a lovely restaurant whose offerings go beyond what its name suggests or the idea of ​​a farmhouse restaurant. At Braciami, you'll also find international recipes enhanced with their high-quality ingredients. Excellent tacos, empanades, lasagna with lamb ragù, spare ribs. And, of course, delicious grilled meats. The cuts are good, but the portions are a bit on the small side. They also make excellent supplì. The portions are perfect for sharing, often double (for example, the bombette are 4, the supplì and the bruschettone are 2), so be sure to ask before ordering to avoid overdoing it. If you order the bruschettone, ask for homemade bread, not the tramezzini kind, and for it to be well toasted; they tend to leave it soggy. The place is very charming, with attention to every detail, and surrounded by greenery. It's just outside Viterbo, on the Cimina road, about an hour from the Cassia Veientana exit of the GRA ring road. Oh, and they also make good coffee. I didn't stay at the agriturismo.

This place almost gave me a hard time :), a super varied menu. I wanted to try everything, so I played it strategically. Since there were so many of us celebrating a birthday, we basically ordered a lot of different things, so I managed to try a lot. I have to say that there is a mastery behind these dishes. The choice of aromatic herbs that enhance the flavors is incredible, and that's a compliment from the heart. It's truly a wonderful place, I highly recommend it.
