What a lovely surprise! The fixed-price menu for €30 was truly amazing. The staff were friendly, and the owner even let us go into her woods to pick chestnuts. 👍

5 stars overall for their commitment to making guests as happy as possible. The place is basic, and as other reviews have noted, it's a little difficult to reach the rooms by car, but the friendliness of the family far outweighs this small inconvenience. I stayed with my family this weekend and would return tomorrow.

We stayed one night on Via Vandelli. The rooms were basic, but comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel, which was excellent and of good quality. It's a shame we couldn't use the pool due to the bad weather.

The property consists of two distinct buildings: a main one, at street level, and a separate building, about 300 meters up a steep slope. Most of the rooms are located in the second building, while all the amenities (restaurant and pool) are near the main building. This makes everything a bit inconvenient, but to what extent is up to each guest's discretion. The management by the two owners is rather improvised, although both are courteous. I found the food unsatisfactory (grilled pork ribs almost completely raw, flavorless cotechino, homemade pasta decent but unseasoned) and the breakfast reduced to the bare minimum (only packaged products like biscuits and cakes, the only homemade jams, which are good). The price is average for similar establishments, but I find the quality of service below average.
