Agriturismo Alle Vigne In Massa

A wonderful experience. Everything tasted amazing.

A charming location, nestled on a hill among vineyards and orchards, with a terrace overlooking the sea from Bocca di Magra to Versilia. Simple, traditional cuisine, a few dishes but with just the right flavors. The focaccia with the cutting board was excellent. We followed it with tordelli massesi and tagliatelle with mushrooms, typical dishes of the Massa area. Everything is homemade, as are the desserts, where a few more options would have been appreciated. The service is welcoming and attentive, and Gaia entertains guests with kindness, courtesy, and professionalism! We spent a wonderful evening enjoying good food!

Good restaurants with a great view of Massa and very friendly people

Very nice agriturismo found wandering on the internet looking for a good place to eat good local food and never has a choice been more appropriate! The road to reach the place is not the best especially if you are not used to it but the climb is worth it!!! The location is splendid, a little corner of paradise!!!! The terrace is fabulous with a view of the vineyards, the sea in the distance and the whole town of Massa and lemon and fruit trees all around! The veranda and the interior are also very nice, very curious and characteristic! The environment is very welcoming as are all the staff! We were inside because on the terrace at lunch it is very hot and windy, but we had a really great time and the time flew by! Everyone was super helpful, very kind and professional!!! But let's move on to the food: everything was excellent from the appetizer to the coffee! All the cured meats were delicious and the hot crispy focaccia made on the spot was PANIC!!! it was like a drug... one piece led to another!!!!! All the typical first courses and the fresh homemade pasta were excellent! The idea of ​​bringing them in baking dishes was great so we could all share and taste everything!!! The barbecue was also good! The red wine in the flask was AMAZING: it went down like a charm and in the end I felt great and my head didn't even spin and I drank a lot of it!!!! It means it was very good!!! Unfortunately we didn't have dessert because we were full, but if I may say so, if there had been some nice homemade tart or the typical rice cake, perhaps we would have been tempted to go back even fuller!!!! The bathrooms were also very clean and well stocked! Good value for money! And we also bought a bottle of the excellent wine to take away!!! We will definitely be back!

Restaurant that only opens on weekends (and that's not necessarily true...) perched on the hills. Not very easy to reach, you have to climb for several kilometers on a very narrow dirt road (and hope you never meet anyone going the other way...), but in the end the view of the coast from the terrace makes up for everything. Excellent meat and quality/price ratio
