A corner of paradise in Sorbara! 🍷✨ At Acetaia Paltrinieri I found the excellence of Modena's tradition. Visiting the vinegar factory and smelling the ancient barrels was thrilling, but lunch... unforgettable! Tortellini, gnocco fritto, and their incredible Traditional Balsamic Vinegar are a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Exquisite hospitality. Highly recommended! ❤️🇮🇹

We had dinner with a Wonderbox gift box; the location was beautiful, the staff were very friendly and the service was prompt. Everything was delicious, and we'll definitely be back!

09/04/2026: My wife and I had the opportunity to dine here during Cosmoprof and couldn't have made a better choice. The owner is a wonderful person, as is all the staff. The food is delicious and the value is absolutely excellent. We highly recommend it to everyone!

15/05/2026: We ate there with friends from Belgium. Great restaurant. Typically Italian, with lots of noise and whole families eating together. The service is excellent. The wines are good and the food delicious. We stop there every time we visit Ferrari.
11/05/2026: Exceptional fried gnocco, perhaps the best in the Maranello area. The crescentine, in my opinion, could be improved, quite dry and very hollow inside. Affordable prices and friendly, helpful staff.
