Fantastic place! Immersed in the Tuscan countryside we were delighted not only by the beauty of the place itself but by Martino's kindness and the goodness of the dishes. The panigacci are good, freshly prepared in special terrines, the cured meats are delicious, the ribollita is stratospheric, the cicatielli with Cinta Senese sausage, onion and pistachio cream are excellent and on the meat, well, what can I say, I flew 🚀 Perfect cooking and maturing! Osteria discovered on Google during a trip back from a holiday and which did not disappoint at all: exquisite food, friendly and helpful staff and a very well-kept rustic place.
If we were to pass by there again we would certainly be happy to stop.

Yummy!
Chosen by chance during a trip looking at nearby restaurants on maps. The stew sauce was really delicious as was the nail and the stew. Good desserts too. The price is more than fair for the quantity and quality of the dishes. I really highly recommend it

Fantastic place, it feels like being at home due to the warmth and attention to detail and....the food is among the best I've ever eaten in 53 years traveling up and down Italy.
Panigacci and testaroli cannot be missed, pici all'aglione, desserts to die for...

There's nothing to say, everything is fabulous... beautiful homemade like it used to be, the real Tuscan flavors the way I like them!! Very welcoming, the smiles of the owners put you at ease, the atmosphere is also very pleasant, there is a calm and relaxing atmosphere..

Capodanno meraviglia all'agriosteria.
Sapori e compagnia fantastici...pappardelle al cinghiale...fettuccine manzo sfilacciato.. grigliata mista..e un ottima crema calda al vin santo con cantucci.
Per finire vin brule a mezzanotte con tutti i comuni che illuminavano il cielo...da tornarci

Had dinner for New Year's Eve, warm and familiar environment. Had a great meal with truly excellent dishes. Exceptional stewed snails. Excellent desserts. the tavern is located in the middle of the countryside near Sarteano in a wonderful place, one more reason to return in spring/summer to enjoy the landscape.

Delicious typical dishes, excellent ribollita, tasty. Excellent quality Fiorentina cut cooked on the grill on the spot, sweet vinsanto cream and spectacular cantucci. Great place, warm and welcoming, excellent service. I will come back to this place

Immersa nella splendida campagna toscana l’Agriosteria offre gentilezza, ottima cucina e buon vino. Atmosfera piacevolmente rustica, raccolta, ravvivata da un focolare su cui cuociono i deliziosi “panigacci”, panetti rotondi piatti cotti lì per lì, che accompagnano salumi e quant’altro. Menu di impronta toscana, ma variegato e poliedrico. Saltano all’occhio, tra le tante ricette, specialità di lumache, allevate in proprio: per appassionati e buongustai. Torneremo.
