Agra Mater In Colmurano

We dined on a late August evening and had a great time. The staff were friendly and always available, the vegetarian options from appetizers to main courses, the ingredients excellent, and the pasta handmade. You pay fairly for the quality of the dishes, but there are no surprises because each dish is clearly priced. We did have a slight oversight on the wine, which was €2 more expensive when we got the bill. We only noticed it after we left, but it was probably due to a lack of price updating on the digital menu or an unwanted error. The atmosphere is beautiful, rustic, and suitable for all occasions.

Un posto incantevole immerso nel verde. Agriturismo con le camere spaziose,con il necessario e pulite. Ristorante con la vetrata che da nelle colline Marchigiane. Tutti i piatti assaggiati erano buonissimi,- lingua squisita, fritto di carne e verdure ottimo e per finire il dolce - la chiusura perfetta. Per la colazione proposte fresche e tutto fatto in casa, con la musica rilassante sotto fondo. Abbiamo fatto due chiacchiere con la proprietaria - che ha la passione per quello che fa ,e infatti si percepisce in tutto.

I only review the restaurant, because I didn't use the rooms. Exceptional raw material, which consequently gives extraordinary results in the dishes...obviously also thanks to the skill of the chefs. Generous portions and fair prices. Typical dishes of the Marche cuisine (I recommend, as we did, a nice initial aperitif with a selection of appetizers, cold cuts, cheeses. Then you can be on the safe side with any dish on the menu... which in any case are not many, especially the first and second courses, and it is a quality to be appreciated because it denotes fresh, seasonal and never banal products). Very nice location, both the interior which is very well looked after and the exterior which is more rustic. Really friendly and nice staff; perhaps slightly disorganized... but it must be said that the place was completely full and there were numerous tables, so perhaps some slightly long waiting times are also due to that. Well-stocked cellar and excellent advice from the waitress/sommelier who recommended a local sparkling wine. Definitely worth returning in every season, also to see how the menu varies based on nature.

È un piccolo agriturismo sito dietro il camposanto di Colmurano con una visuale bellissima discreto parcheggio auto.Locale bello ordinato pulito un po'particolare.Cibo molto buono servizio veloce personale cordiale e efficiente.Se volete mangiare di qualità ve lo consiglio vivamente chi invece critica stia a casa a dormire.
