Agra Mater In Colmurano

Un posto incantevole immerso nel verde. Agriturismo con le camere spaziose,con il necessario e pulite. Ristorante con la vetrata che da nelle colline Marchigiane. Tutti i piatti assaggiati erano buonissimi,- lingua squisita, fritto di carne e verdure ottimo e per finire il dolce - la chiusura perfetta. Per la colazione proposte fresche e tutto fatto in casa, con la musica rilassante sotto fondo. Abbiamo fatto due chiacchiere con la proprietaria - che ha la passione per quello che fa ,e infatti si percepisce in tutto.

I only review the restaurant, because I didn't use the rooms. Exceptional raw material, which consequently gives extraordinary results in the dishes...obviously also thanks to the skill of the chefs. Generous portions and fair prices. Typical dishes of the Marche cuisine (I recommend, as we did, a nice initial aperitif with a selection of appetizers, cold cuts, cheeses. Then you can be on the safe side with any dish on the menu... which in any case are not many, especially the first and second courses, and it is a quality to be appreciated because it denotes fresh, seasonal and never banal products). Very nice location, both the interior which is very well looked after and the exterior which is more rustic. Really friendly and nice staff; perhaps slightly disorganized... but it must be said that the place was completely full and there were numerous tables, so perhaps some slightly long waiting times are also due to that. Well-stocked cellar and excellent advice from the waitress/sommelier who recommended a local sparkling wine. Definitely worth returning in every season, also to see how the menu varies based on nature.

È un piccolo agriturismo sito dietro il camposanto di Colmurano con una visuale bellissima discreto parcheggio auto.Locale bello ordinato pulito un po'particolare.Cibo molto buono servizio veloce personale cordiale e efficiente.Se volete mangiare di qualità ve lo consiglio vivamente chi invece critica stia a casa a dormire.

We happened upon it by chance and found a truly delightful little place, and the staff, originality and quality of the dishes were truly remarkable… definitely worth a try.

We have finally found our favorite place in the area to eat well. Soft and crunchy pizza, very light dough, it melts in your mouth. Top quality ingredients! the dough is made with mother yeast and ancient grain flours. In addition to the pizza we had a delicious cheese platter and a side dish of sautéed vegetables. Impeccable service and hospitality, Francesco is very kind and attentive, always available and friendly. Very beautiful location, immersed in the green hills, you can breathe an air of relaxation and you feel at home. Advise!!

Agra Mater was a wonderful discovery, we went to dinner intrigued by the good reputation of this agriturismo and I must say that it did not disappoint expectations: the menu is quite limited in the sense that it does not have a wide choice of courses, which I appreciate a lot, and we opted for a tasting menu that includes an appetizer, first course, second course and dessert at the discretion of the chef (the negative note is that if you choose the tasting the whole table is forced to eat the tasting menu). As an appetizer we tasted the veal tongue, very well done and tasty, then as a first course the ravioli with duck sauce, delicious. And for the second course the breaded rabbit with yogurt and mustard sauce, excellent. I can say that their menu is a perfect combination of tradition combined with more refined and elaborate dishes. The raw materials, of the highest quality made by them, should be highlighted. The high level service and the prices are average. Recommended!

I can only review the food as we went for a business lunch. We all liked the dishes, some exceptional. Service is not in keeping with the quality of the cuisine but we are on a farm and that's okay. Adequate price with the exception of the wines perhaps a little overpriced. However, a very positive opinion

Experience we will not repeat. Let me start by saying that the dishes we ate were good and the products were of high quality, unfortunately I found the price slightly high for the dishes and excessively high for the service offered. After the starter, the second courses were brought to the table, completely forgetting the first courses, they apologized and prepared the requested first courses but left us the second courses, which we had to eat so as not to let them get cold. They forgot to bring us a dessert, when asked twice we finally said not to bring it anymore. To make up for it, they brought us two house bitters and I had asked for two Varnelli tonics which arrived with a pinch... undrinkable. All this with two waiters in the room and not even 20 people at the table, if there had been a full house it would have been laughable. I give three stars and I'm generous, the place is beautiful, the cuisine is excellent but the experience is not to be repeated.

Excellent tasting of Gourmet pizzas in a serene and relaxing environment

We went for dinner yesterday, at the suggestion of friends. All delicious! Ideal for introducing non-natives to Marche delicacies, but also for experimenting with original and tasty combinations. Very nice staff! To be returned with the light because the panorama adds 100 poetry points. We will definitely return
