An Unforgettable Experience at Agnulot
We were lucky to get a reservation at Agnulot, a truly special place run entirely by Mirella — owner, chef, and server all in one. She single-handedly cooked and served a full house with incredible skill and warmth.
The food was outstanding — freshly prepared in front of us, with a delicious and varied menu of authentic Piedmont cuisine. Every course was a highlight.
Mirella’s passion and dedication made this one of the most memorable dining experiences we’ve ever had. Be sure to book ahead — this hidden gem is not to be missed!

WOW, This was something special. Not only was this the best meal we had in Piëmonte, the experience of seeing Mirella run the kitchen and the restaurant all by herself was as impressive!
Food 10/10. Atmospere: 10/10, Mirella puts her heart and soul into everything she does, from selecting and buying the local and seasonal ingredients fresh every day to cooking and serving.
Antipasti: we had the chickpea and vegetables antipasti, which was very tasty and delicate.
Primi: cheese ravioli with butter and truffle: wow, very nice tastes and very balanced, not too cheesy and not too heavy on the truffle & ravioli filled with ricotta and greens with butter and sage: very fresh taste and you can taste the love in this dish.
Secondi: gnocchi with basil pesto and zucchini: simple but just amazing taste & Barbera beef stew with potato mash: full of warm flavours, very succulent beef with deep flavours
Desert: Tiramisu (just perfect, not too sweet, creame andnice and nutty with some coffee flavour & Peach meringe: wow, two types of the best tasting peaches and cream with not too sweet merengue, so so tasty!)

Exceptional and original! Discovering the region's cuisine with Mirella, who is both in the kitchen and serving. The kitchen has a glass window so you can watch her work. Everything was excellent. The only downside was the wait time, which was quite long, but was largely compensated for by the quality of the dishes. We would have liked a little more quantity as well.

We were Mire's guests from June 4th to 8th – we rented a room in the house, and we also ate twice in Mire's restaurant. The room: Clean, sufficiently spacious, with a view of the vineyards, and everything we needed and expected. We'd gladly return! The food: It was a unique and lasting experience. Mire (to Mirella) was a one-woman show! What energy, what vigor, what power! She welcomed us very warmly, took our orders, cooked, served, and chatted – simply fantastic. Thanks to the large windows, you could watch Mire cooking. She danced, almost floating, from one corner to the other. You could tell that cooking is a great passion of Mire's. The meal was a succession of culinary highlights, from appetizers to dessert. All dishes were freshly prepared with local ingredients. The recommended wine was also excellent and from local vineyards. The small but exquisite restaurant, with just a few tables, also impresses with its cozy, almost family-like atmosphere. Reservations well in advance are absolutely necessary and highly recommended. In summary: We had a wonderful time in Verduno and Piedmont. We'll be back! Best regards, Mire

It's wonderful to spend time with Mireila; she's so friendly, nothing is too much trouble for her. Through the open kitchen, you can enjoy watching her float and dance through her kitchen. Highly recommended.

A unique culinary experience indeed. It was a one (wo)man's show! Mirella was both the cook and the person taking your order. The food was delicious and the wine exceptional.

Reservamos con mucha antelación como único espacio para unas 10 personas. Toda la experiencia es íntima, como si te hubieras unido a la chef Mirella en su casa. Ella le da la bienvenida y se sienta, cocina, sirve la comida y el vino y participa en una animada discusión. Ella es un espectáculo único - hombre - y está llena de energía. Esta no es una cena rápida. Tomará un tiempo cocinar y servir a 10 personas, pero vale la pena para un cambio de un restaurante típico. La comida era maravillosa y hecha de ingredientes locales. La carta de vinos, como es de esperar en esta zona, también es local. Qué alegría experimentar esto y ver la pasión por lo que hace. Recordaré esta experiencia, el chef, y este pequeño restaurante italiano en el encantador pequeño Verduno durante mucho tiempo!

Tuvimos mucha suerte de conseguir un reservajon aquí anoche. Fui una experiencia muy agradable. La pasión, la energía positiva y la dedicación del propietario Mire fue simplemente increíble. ¡Ella es una verdadera “poder - chica” y maneja todo por sí misma! Tienen una muy buena selección de vinos locales y utiliza solo productos locales para la comida. Si vas a visitar la zona tendrás que reservar mesa en este fantástico restaurante.
