What a wonderful experience!! Congratulations!

Very nice atmosphere, excellent quality with generous portions. My only concerns would be to specify which dishes are spicy on the menu, and the service can be a bit slow.

A great place to spend some time and eat some delicious Eritrean food. A must-do experience.

We tried Africa after other experiences at other Eritrean restaurants. Overall, it was a positive experience: the staff were welcoming and friendly, the location was African-style, and the food was decent. We took advantage of the TheFork booking discount, which only applied to one course of zighinì, not to appetizers and dessert. The restaurant is spacious with two dining rooms and traditional furnishings, although overall the atmosphere is lacking in character. It was too hot. I found the food to be good, but the variety (vegetables and legumes) could be improved. The portions were not generous. The injera bread was perhaps a bit thick and firm. Prices were in line with other restaurants (cover charge €2, Eritrean beer 33cl €4, desserts €5).

I've never been there, as I haven't lived in Milan since 2008. Thanks to Ristobox, however, I can continue to gorge on Zighini and Spriss, excellently prepared and of the highest quality. Whenever I get a chance to pop by the Madonnina, I'll gladly stop by for a visit.
