Local located in the Porta Venezia area, in the center of Milan. The environment is very characteristic, the staff very friendly and helpful; the dish we liked most was the zighinì, very tasty. Recommended 🤩

This place is really cool, and the surroundings give off a true Ethiopian vibe. I really appreciate the hospitality of the man who served us, he was very friendly and treated us like family. Thank you for the excellent service and for introducing our culture to the world in such a proper way.

I had the zilzil Tibs, unique thing about this place is that most dishes come with sides of other vegetable dishes. The Food was fresh and tasty and reasonable portion for the price. The staff were very polite and accommodating, Solomon was the one to take care of me and he was kind and knowledgeable. The restaurant was clean and modern. I’d come back for sure. The

Beautiful culinary experience. Very generous portions, perfectly cooked beef and very tender chicken. Impossible to go out on an empty stomach. Very nice and recently renovated environment. Friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely worth a visit

The place is very nice, the staff is the best here, friendly and professional, the dishes are like cooking at home 🏚, not bad, nothing special, happy to have tried... out of curiosity, very low prices.

Ristorante molto caratteristico, cucina somala-eritrea. Sono andata con amici che già conoscevano il ristorante quindi ho fatto scegliere a loro i piatti che avevano dei nomi che non conoscevo. Gli antipasti sfiziosissimi. Cibo speziato e piccante ma non eccessivamente. Carne trattata helal e kosher. Birre eritree e somale veramente buone. Hanno anche altre marche, come pure il vino che è italiano. Locale molto pulito, servizio cortesissimo.

16/03/2024: Homemade Senegalese cuisine absolutely worth trying in a welcoming, familiar and always clean and tidy environment. I couldn't give advice on the dishes because I found them all very good.... ...perhaps for the first time I would recommend the Thiebou Djeune, a single dish with rice, vegetables and fish. 🤩 Ps: I add photos of the times. Open for dinner only Friday and Saturday

Adulis Restaurant

17/06/2024: Adulis in via Melzo offers an immersion in Eritrean cuisine. The environment is refined and the atmosphere welcoming. Standing out on the menu are the sambussa, small triangles of fried dough stuffed (meat or lentils) with just the right amount of spiciness. Among the main dishes, the chicken Zighini and the white Kilwa are delicate, while the gored-gored is decidedly more intense. Unfortunately the meat was not always soft and in some cases a little too fatty. Also, pay attention to the bill: we found ourselves charged for dishes and drinks not ordered. Overall, Adulis is a must-try place for an Eritrean dining experience in Milan. Recommended for those who appreciate strong and spicy flavours. However, the quality of the meat and the accuracy of the bill could be improved. Rating: 3/5 stars
09/06/2024: African-style restaurant, poorly maintained inside, with rather dated furnishings. However, the atmosphere is nice: you eat at very low tables, which seem to be on the floor to give you the most typical experience. The food is eaten with the hands, gradually nibbling the bread around the food. The beef is good. The goat one is a little less so (rather gamey flavour). The service is very minimal. Prices in the Milanese average (25 euros per person without wine).
