Dropped by for an afternoon wine, and was recommended this place by a friend.
Unassuming from the streets, and easy to miss, but is a world in its own.
Upon finding a seat, the owner greeted us and took time to go through the wine menu on the walls. He gave us a taste of our selected wine, I found my initial choice to be a little too dry, and he was quick to provide a second recommendation - which was an absolute delight.
You can sit out on the water or find a cosy table inside. Highly recommend.

This place is one of hidden gems in Venice. If you have your own boat, just drop by here to get a glass of chilled wine. I love this place, which is a reason to revisit. Do not forget to put your legs in the water while drinking. It will make you relaxed with unforgettable memories.

We shared a platter with excellent ingredients, both for the cold cuts but especially for the cheeses. The owner is very approachable, even if he is alone (at least on weekdays) he goes out of his way to serve customers quickly. Special mention for the outdoor space on the river, not very large but very suggestive.

Inconspicuous restaurant, located directly on a bridge on the canal, drank great champagne and ate pancetta. Service was a bit reserved.

This seems to be the local hidden understated gem of this part of Venice for wine bars. No real signs on the front and no real tables outside to show off the sitting position. Go inside and you'll see a wide range of unusual wines, with some fantastic meats and cheeses, a very helpful staff member, and an unassuming little wooden jetty you can sit out on with your feet dangling above the canal while you eat/drink it all.

It pairs well. I asked for a recommendation and tried it, but it felt like I was eating a very expensive tuna mayo. The owner is very friendly and the food is delicious! If you go inside, there is a simple outdoor space!

Bel posto, un po' decentrato ma comunque frequentato, pochi posti a sedere ma se andate all'orario giusto vi godrete un bel bicchiere di vino naturale e dei cicchetti niente male. Prezzo in linea con Venezia ma non eccessivo. Consigliato

Cicchetteria tipica nel cuore di Venezia.
Sono andata lì perché consigliata da un’amica e sono rimasta assolutamente soddisfatta (fatto anche il bis). Cicchetti ottimi, così anche le polpette ed il vino. Bellissimi i tavolini sull’ esterno. Di posti così ce ne sono tanti, ma dovendo tornare, tornerei sul sicuro.
