I went to Boa Sorte Sushi in Rende and had a really good time. The sushi was fresh, well-prepared, and very good, with a nice variety of choices on the menu. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was quite fast. It's a pleasant and well-kept place: I'd love to go back!

I want to leave a constructive review of Boa Sorte in Rende. The flavor of the dishes is exceptional, especially the rolls: refined, always innovative. However, I have a lot to say about the service. I've been to Boa Sorte several times, both in Rende and Cosenza, and I've always encountered issues with the service in Rende, especially the slowness. We arrived fairly early, around 12:40, and ordered fairly quickly. However, while the table next to us (who placed their first order, with several courses, almost at the same time as us) was finishing their second order, we weren't even halfway through our first. In fact, we had to wait about forty minutes between each course (and they weren't prepared with great care) and it wasn't even very crowded. Furthermore, some dishes we hadn't ordered had arrived. We left the restaurant after 2:30 PM, with only one order for 15 courses and one for 5, which also took a while to arrive. We had to repeatedly call the waiter because we were waiting too long with nothing on the table. It's a shame that the service ruins the overall impression of this restaurant, one of the best sushi restaurants in the Cosenza area, because the wait is truly, truly excessive. Perhaps for the all-you-can-eat menu, it would be advisable to order using a tablet to optimize time, as table service is often slow and confusing, or to increase the number of waiters. In any case, I repeat, the sushi is excellent; it's a shame about the lackluster service. I hope this can be resolved over time; if so, we'll return.
