Stiamo stati a cena per due sere consecutive e abbiamo mangiato divinamente . L’atmosfera è spettacolare, sembra di essere immersi in contesto storico, circondati da pareti rocciose che raccontano di millenni. Ottimo il prodotto, impeccabile il servizio. Staff gentile, il proprietario una persona eccezionale. Eravamo di passaggio a Cortona ma credo che presto ritorneremo appositamente per ritornare a cena lì. La cena di per sé ha rappresentato un viaggio per noi! Grazie per la vs ospitalità

innanzi tutto vorrei sottolineare che siamo arrivati ad orario di chiusura, abbiamo chiesto se era possibile mangiare e molto gentilmente ci hanno fatto accomodare e solo questo è un elemento da far notare. cibo buono e locale carino. prezzi buoni

22/02/2026: I went despite reading many negative reviews, but instead I found the restaurant immersed in the tranquility of a large, stunning park, and a unique historical location, although obviously with some parts that could use some updating (as is the case with all historic buildings). Service was quick despite the restaurant being full. Both the fixed-price menu and the à la carte menu offered good traditional Tuscan dishes. We were fortunate to also find the castle open to the public, with a guided tour led by Amos, a friendly expert and a talented writer who passionately shared the castle's history with visitors. Thank you for a wonderful day.

09/02/2026: Beautifully rustic, everything was excellent, plentiful, and truly well-cooked. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
