Courtesy, quality, and innovation within tradition characterize this restaurant. The atmosphere is intimate but not cramped, and the staff is courteous and helpful. The inevitable dishes with anchovy sauce are well-balanced, but the entire menu is interesting. The wine list is adequate. I highly recommend it.

Very nice place, well-kept table settings, although the tables were too close together, making it difficult to maneuver, especially inside. The dishes were good but very small and very expensive compared to other places. I expected more from the spaghetti with anchovy sauce; perhaps some of the anchovies on the side would have made it look like spaghetti with garlic and oil. I recommend the trofie. A mixed fried fish is €30, not even in Amalfi is this expensive; they should review the prices.

A wonderful experience. A small space with an open kitchen, run by a husband and wife team. The food is carefully prepared, high-quality, and very reasonably priced. The fried anchovies are a must-try, perhaps as part of the tasting menu.

The food was high-quality and truly delicious.
The freshly caught fish was expertly filleted right before our eyes, and the dish was explained to us beforehand (due to our limited language skills).
We received very friendly service, and the house tiramisu delighted our son.

Seaside restaurant that serves everything anchovies! Absolutely fantastic. Had 4 anchovie courses for lunch and each one was gastronomic experience. Must see!!! Parking is an issue, our driver dropped us off in front of restaurant otherwise have to park 1/2 mile away

Located in a picturesque corner of Cetara's fishing village, just steps from the port, this small and welcoming restaurant offers local seafood dishes (especially anchovies and colatura) made with the finest ingredients, thanks to the friendly and unpretentious staff. An excellent choice, and one we'll definitely repeat.

We drove to Cetara for one reason: to taste the famous Colatura di Alici. It was December, off season, and we were celebrating our eleven-year anniversary on the Amalfi Coast. Still, we could not resist adding a few extra hours on the road just to reach Aquapazza.
Here, they truly live by the idea that everything is better with colatura. We began with a gin and tonic infused with colatura. Unexpected and delicious. Then came anchovies with salt and local lemon zest, followed by the freshest crudo of the day and outstanding oysters. The pasta was exceptional, rich in flavor and perfectly balanced.
For the main course, we chose the Pesce all’Acqua Pazza, prepared with great care and deep respect for local tradition. Dessert was elegant and satisfying, and the local amaro was so good that we brought a bottle back with us to New York.
With the first opportunity, we will absolutely return.
