We discovered this restaurant by chance and were absolutely thrilled. Delicious food and typical dishes, generous portions, a cozy atmosphere, very friendly service, and absolutely fantastic value for money. Highly recommended!

A superb address in Florence! Tuscan recipes cooked with great finesse for exceptional results (acquacotta, stuffed rabbit). The authentic welcome, away from the tourist traps, is a great pleasure.

They are super nice and it's delicious, most of the pasta is fresh, the sauces are very good, and the tiramisu is amazing ☀️

This homey Tuscan restaurant was recommended by the owner of my apartment, so I visited on my last day. It's located right next to Accadi, a restaurant famous on YouTube. It opens at 7:30 PM, so I was able to enter without a reservation. The waitress, a middle-aged woman, speaks English, so communication was no problem. The menu is in English. The two appetizers were a little different from what I expected, but very delicious. It's typical Tuscan home cooking. A large woman is cooking in the kitchen. The seafood pasta was thick and hard-boiled. The risotto was very rich. We ordered two 0.5L bottles of house white wine and one red. The 1300g bistecca was cut to the very limit, making it easy to eat. The medium-cooked breading and flavor were impeccable. For dessert, we ordered tiramisu and chocolate cake. Both were delicious. I think 200€ for four was reasonable.

This classic tuscan restaurant, ran entirely by women the day we went, is spectacular. One of the best meals we ever had. So simple, but complete perfection. Literal Italian grandma in the kitchen and you can taste the love and experience. Perfect pasta dishes, perfect sirloin and the best tiramisu ever. Service was absolutely outstanding. Warm and enthusiastic lady running the show. Feels like Italian home. If I would live in Florence I would eat there every day and be a very happy man.

We’ve been in Italy for 6 days and this is the best place we’ve eaten. Everything was excellent and the highlight was Florentine beefsteak that was otherworldly. It had a beautiful crust of salt and herbs and each piece was a delight. The Chianti Classico was a superb accompaniment to the meal. The salad with truffle and cheese appetizers were also tasty, as was the papardelle pasta with wild boar meat. For dessert we had a delicious tiramisu. The only waitstaff we encountered was the cheerful and super efficient owner. In a city full of great restaurants, where we will only stay a few more days, we may very well return!

Un miembro del personal del hotel Ruby me recomendó este lugar porque quería un filete florentino. Ella escribió el nombre y la dirección para mí y se lo di a mi taxista. Me dijeron en el restaurante que un filete florentino era realmente para 2 como su 1 kg de carne! Así que tomé el solomillo y mi esposa el ragu de fetichina. Ese filete fue posiblemente el mejor trozo de filete que he comido. Fue increíble. Mi esposa probó algunos y lo disfrutó tanto que sugirió que volviéramos la noche siguiente para compartir el filete florentino! Estaba listo para esto solo para encontrar el restaurante está cerrado los lunes. ¡Destripado!
