Super little shop on corner of a campo. Great service really good food - pizza crust perfect. Only pick is it needs a little more atmosphere. But a great spot

A warm and friendly welcome. We ate there two nights in a row. During busy periods, it might be helpful to make a reservation. The pizzas are delicious.

The best meal we had in Venice when we were here for a whole week. I had the chicken Milanese which came with potatoes and my husband had pizza. I ordered a side of peperonata. The service was attentive even though they were busy. It was also cheaper than a lot of the tourist type places here that add "local taxes".. Don't listen to the 1* reviews, this is the real deal. 5* recommended.

This place was recommended by our hotel. We ate well. The place is nice and well-kept, and the pizzas and cicchetti were delicious! The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was warm. Highly recommended.

We chose Aciugheta after spotting it in our Rick Steves Venice pocket guide and stopped in for an early lunch between sightseeing—after touring the Doge’s Palace and before heading to St. Mark’s Basilica. Despite not having a reservation, we were seated promptly inside, which we appreciated on a hot July day. We ordered two pizzas, wine for the adults, soda for our child, and water for the table. The food was well prepared and genuinely enjoyable, and we decided to linger a bit longer for dessert and coffee. Service was attentive and polite throughout. Our server was initially reserved but soon warmed up, joking with us, and especially our son, like we were old friends. We were surprised afterward to see some of the negative reviews online, as our experience was entirely positive. Prices felt fair for the quality and location, and while business was picking up as we were leaving, we never felt rushed—despite being mindful of our tour schedule. We still made it to our next stop comfortably on time. While we sat in front near the entrance, a group of locals dined in the back, which feels like a reassuring sign. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant, and we would happily return.
