Impeccable, in every respect. The environment is refined, evocative and welcoming. The staff is competent, able to offer a non-invasive service but attentive to every detail. Excellent selection of wines and champagnes, served with care. Without a doubt the winning card is the culinary offer, the flavors are combined with great skill and in the end with every bite you can't help but think "Mamma mia!". Damn me for not trying it before!

Two elderly couples visiting Casale, looking for a restaurant to have lunch, meet Accademia. They welcomed us even though we hadn't booked! What can I say: "luck has kissed us!" Palace with beautiful rooms, young, kind and highly trained staff. Excellent food. Correct prices for quality and presentation. Thank you! We felt super pampered. Goodbye...maybe with the reservation.

10 out of 10. A captivating atmosphere. Precise, courteous service that illustrates the dishes without being didactic. Great wine list with commendable proposals by the glass. Dishes with great raw materials, intriguing combinations, impeccable creations.

Due to my job, I can never release reviews on time. Sunday 23.2.2025 I booked at this splendid restaurant because I was tired of the usual restaurant in the Langhe or Valle d'Aosta. The location is very Beautiful in that you are welcomed by this cohort of this fascinating historic stately building in the center of Alessandria. The dining room is very well kept and you can see some distinctive features of the place. I recommend the agnolotti to everyone, they are truly special and have a refined and different taste from the usual ones. The dessert course was wonderful (a crumble decorated with caramel on top of the last course). I ate à la carte. The wine list is excellent and excellent. The service is attentive, impeccable and has nothing to envy of a location with a Michelin star, a goal that the young chef and his family will soon reach. Keep it up!

In un palazzo settecentesco, ristorante disposto su alcune sale con pochi tavoli, ben distanziati. Cucina del territorio, rivisitata in maniera creativa. Obiettivo riuscito. Servizio eccellente. Strepitosa carta dei vini. Un’esperienza da non perdere. Prezzi corretti, rispetto all’offerta. Bravo Nicola, che dirige con maestria, come un direttore d’orchestra.

Un luogo incantevole. I piatti sono prelibati e ben studiati. Questa volta anche il tartufo ha fatto da padrone. Qualità ottima. Non è la prima volta che pranziamo qui e non sarà l’ultima. Un piccolissimo consiglio un pochino più di attenzione nel servizio, un po’ distratto.
