Ristorante ospitato al primo piano di antico palazzo in centro storico a Casale Monferrato. si pranza in alcune sale antiche ristrutturate con tavoli e sedie in stile .
Iniziamo con un vitello tonnato rivisitato di ottima qualità e presentazione, poi i primi ei dolci magnifici veramente. Il servizio è gentile e ogni piatto viene spiegato con dovizia di dettagli da giovani camerieri mentre il proprietario gira tra i tavoli per accertarsi della Vostra soddisfazione.
Che dire un pranzo di gran livello. I prezzi sono in linea con la location e la qualità dei piatti presentati.

Really nice and elegant place. The staff is very friendly and chilled. Food is amazing and worth the visit. Prices of alcohol are really good. Bottles of champagne from 30€ up.

Un luogo incantevole. I piatti sono prelibati e ben studiati. Questa volta anche il tartufo ha fatto da padrone. Qualità ottima. Non è la prima volta che pranziamo qui e non sarà l’ultima. Un piccolissimo consiglio un pochino più di attenzione nel servizio, un po’ distratto.

What can I say... a fairytale location, very high quality food with highly refined combinations and truly original dishes. We chose a traditional menu, tartare and Napoleon buttons. Everything EXQUISITE. The focaccia, breadsticks and accompanying bread are also delicious. Finally, applause to all the staff, young, competent and very kind! A true jewel of Casale Monferrato.

It is really worth writing a few lines about this restaurant, haute cuisine with a Piedmontese/French "fusion" imprint moderately and wisely revisited, especially in the use of extraordinary raw materials. Starting from the place, a historic and wonderful eighteenth-century palace in the center of Casale, historic home of the philharmonic. You arrive at the restaurant passing through beautiful rooms with frescoed ceilings. The interior is warm and refined, the service welcoming, attentive and punctual, passionate in its explanations without being invasive. All the dishes we tried were in fact perfect. The wine list is not kilometric but excellent in choice with very humane markups and a selection of Champagnes, the manager is the importer, with an amazing qp ratio. As well as for the kitchen. Expect around 120 for two with a couple of dishes, dessert, and a bottle, for a request absolutely commensurate with the offer and the level. Very good indeed.

One of the best restaurants in Casale Monferrato and surrounding areas: quality dishes and wines served impeccably in a magical and fascinating place. Worth mentioning are the truffle and the spectacular cheek braised at low temperature. Large selection of wines and a surprising choice of champagne.
