Enchanting place. Attentive and friendly staff. The chef is a young, very talented man who will go a long way. His dishes are excellent, everything is delicious.

Excellent restaurant in the historic center of Casale Monferrato. Very friendly staff. Excellent food. I had an excellent tasting menu. A historic building that alone makes dinner worthwhile. A must-see.

L'Accademia is a restaurant in the center of Casale Monferrato, housed in a historic and striking building, Palazzo Gozzani Treville. We begin with the Baratuciat grape and choose the tasting menu. The ricotta, Gorgonzola, and Champagne cream... good. We continue with the veal with tuna sauce, and for this we try a Grignolino. Next up are the plin, which are good. The three-meat filling is good, and the salted butter is excellent. We continue with another Grignolino from 2018... more intense flavors, pronounced aromas, and carbonated fermentation. We're waiting for the cheek to appreciate it better. For dessert... a bonet with sabayon-style cream. Excellent, everything excellent.

In a historic building, a charming, slightly retro atmosphere, a cuisine with Piedmontese classics expertly prepared with quality products, a wide and important choice of wines, impeccable service and a very honest bill in relation to the quality of the dishes served.

I was in Casale Monferrato with my family and booked this restaurant with high expectations, and the experience far exceeded them. Excellent food, excellent service, stunning location, and a kind and knowledgeable owner. We will definitely be returning from the Varese province with a vengeance. 🤗

Abbiamo mangiato benissimo! Tutto nel segno della tradizione piemontese ma tutto con quel tocco di innovazione che rende il piatto perfetto! Vitello tonnato super, battuta ottima, plin perfetti, guancia di vitello spettacolare e il pain au chocolat…buonissimo! Anche il servizio, nulla da eccepire. In sintesi: consigliatissimo.

28/09/2025: I went for lunch today at the suggestion of my partner and her mother (big fans of Billi, who followed E’ sempre mezzogiorno). The staff was fantastically friendly, and Filippo was incredibly personable. Both Filippo and his twin were also available for a photo. We had a wonderful meal in a simple, elegant setting. We'll definitely be back. I highly recommend it. Well done everyone!
28/09/2025: We had lunch here on a Sunday in September. The food was truly excellent, the service was attentive, and the location was truly beautiful! Nothing negative, everything was perfect! Highly recommended.

14/10/2025: I had the opportunity to appreciate the restaurant as a guest at a wedding. The location is evocative and the menu excellent, not to mention the fantastic wines paired with the meals. A hilltop village characterized by tuff houses.
09/09/2025: I ate at the restaurant on a Sunday lunch. I had high expectations, but they were a bit disappointed. The entrees were poorly balanced, with peppers overpowering the food; the agnolotti were mediocre; the octopus was good; the ribs were as salty as the bill. The bathroom was dark and dangerous. The courtyard was hot and full of bees and flies. Still, a very beautiful place.
