Attentive and super-prepared staff, wow dishes... the plin with salted butter was a pleasant discovery... and what about the cellar? We drank some excellent champagne... the staff was able to advise us with extreme attention and taste

Favorite restaurant so far! Very special location and indescribably delicious food. It's exciting to get there because you ring the bell at a gate in the street, then you walk through a large central courtyard, up the beautiful stairs - then you ring the bell at the door of the restaurant. Tasty wines by the glass. The dishes were all top notch! We shared the vitello tonato. Then a veal cheek that had been cooked for 12 hours in a Marsala sauce. Actually, we didn't want dessert anymore. But in the end we couldn't resist it. A real experience to eat here!

I went to this restaurant for lunch and it was a very pleasant surprise. The location is located in a historic building, but inside it is modern and very well looked after. The staff were extremely kind, helpful and prepared. The dishes are special and good. I highly recommend this place and hope to have the opportunity to return for dinner!

Eating at the Accademia is a truly pleasant and unique experience.
The peculiarity begins right from the entrance: you find yourself in front of a closed door which requires you to ring an intercom.
Be careful though, because it's easy to miss the entrance :)
Once inside, the building that houses the restaurant shows itself in all its beauty.
Upon arrival, the owner welcomes guests personally after ringing the doorbell, evoking the feeling of being invited home by a friend.
The interiors of the restaurant have been expertly adapted to maintain respect for the historical structure of the building, while integrating modern elements. A notable example is the metal cabinet which, with its unique shapes, houses a selection of wines with interesting labels.
The young and motivated dining room staff shows great dedication and respect for the work of their colleagues in the kitchen. Each dish is presented with care, highlighting the commitment and creativity used in its preparation.
The menu offers a modern reinterpretation of traditional Piedmontese dishes, enriched by some fish dishes that recall nearby Liguria.
The dishes are fantastic and highlight the chef's attention to enhancing excellent quality raw materials. The chef's choice to place the ingredients at the center of the dish is underlined by the choice to present strong and decisive flavours.
Another interesting aspect is certainly represented by the prices, as you can also read on the website, the desire is to have honest and accessible pricing, an aspect also enhanced by the Michelin guide with the Bib-gourmande recognition for the quality-price ratio.
To conclude: an excellent restaurant with a quality-price ratio that is difficult to imitate.
Negative notes: Some dishes could benefit from a finer balance of flavours, tending towards greater delicacy. The service showed some small flaws and would require greater coordination, especially at larger tables.

On the advice of a colleague of mine we went to the Accademia restaurant to celebrate an anniversary. The location is wonderful as soon as you enter you are left speechless both by the beautiful courtyard and by the well-kept frescoes. The restaurant is clean, the waiters will show you each dish you choose and can give you the best advice.
Well presented and very good dishes.
Highly recommended!

Let's start by talking about the location. Fantastic. Frescoed entrance into a historic villa. It leaves you speechless. The beauty of staying in Italy and enjoying this beauty is a real blessing. I found the service excellent. Everything was served and explained to me and I couldn't find the care in pouring the wine and not letting the drop fall while drying it every time, not even in some starred ones. They recommended an excellent red and an equally excellent passito for dessert. I enjoyed them both with great joy. For food I took the tasting menu. Typical Piedmontese cuisine with different methods compared to the classic ones. I found it very good. And honestly for €48 you can go from starter to dessert. The bill ended up being higher given my various vices. If I ever return to the farmhouse, the restaurant will be a fixed and essential stop.

We left this wonderful place a little while ago. We ate very well and a lot of care was taken for a 9 year old celiac girl who wanted to review it immediately "everything was delicious, lots of history, 10 star restaurant 😊".

This restaurant was a truly wonderful surprise. Located in the historic center of Casale Monferrato inside a neoclassical building, the Gozzani Trevillle, the restaurant is not visible from the street and only a modest menu on the side of the door indicates its presence.
So if you are not particularly curious you will hardly enter after ringing the bell.
The internal courtyard immediately left us speechless and then we continued intoxicated with magnificent amazement by climbing the stairs and arriving at an internal portico on the first floor with 360' frescoes that left us amazed by such beauty.
The maitre d' welcomed us there and accompanied us on a journey of refined flavors with attention to every detail in an environment worthy of being protected by UNESCO.
A truly unforgettable restaurant.

Esperienza 5 stelle sotto ogni punto di vista. Location, servizio, carta vino, menù.
locale d'epoca in centro a Casale molto curato nell'arredamento classico, ma con stile. Ambiente curato e caldo, molto bello a nostro parere. Servizio attento, non invadente ma con l'intenzione di indicare bene le preparazioni e gli ingredienti dei piatti. Piatti molto molto belli. Una entree e poi via.
Ottimo il classico vitello tonnato e un uovo con una impanatura esterna sopra una fonduta e con un gambero in tartare che era STREPITOSO.
secondo entrambi una triglia la cui cottura terminata a tavola versando acetato di sodio che cristallizza e termina la cottura.
verdure in abbinamento veramente perfetto nella cottura e molto gustose. Il dolce, un uovo di meringa con panna montata e dentro un cuore di cioccolato PAZZESCO su una crumble.
Abbiamo bevuto uno champagne rosé ottimo che è proposto ad un prezzo molto corretto in quanto il ristoratore ha alcuni champagne in esclusiva di vignerons francesi
Prezzo sicuramente altrettanto corretto per una offerta che ci sa soddisfatto a 360 gradi
Consiglio assolutamente, mia moglie ed io presto ci torneremo.

Sono tornata dopo una prima esperienza durante l'estate. Servizio cordiale e gentile. Molta attenzione per le intolleranze alimentari. Menu vario in base alla stagionalità. Carta dei vini da perdersi, ottime le scelte di champagne a prezzi onesti. Location intima e romantica. Prezzo in linea con i prodotti.
