Difficult to rate as I really wanted to give a better review but I can’t. The combinations of the ingredients in each dish is just not umami - it’s full on powerhouse each tiny bit on the plate and after 3 dishes like that you get really tired. It needs finessed and a sense of understanding how to combine the ingredients to elevate instead of downgrading the courses. Sad as the setting is cost and the service is good.

When I entered the Accademia restaurant in the heart of Casale Monferrato, I felt as if I hadn't just landed in a historic palace, but in a mysterious chapter of a novel that Dumas never finished. The Palazzo Gozzani Treville not only preserves frescoes and stucco, but perhaps also an ancient legend… For how can this strange coincidence be explained? Here, the estate of the Italian Gozzani di Treville family, there, the honorable de Tréville, Captain of the Musketeers? I took a seat by the window and watched the ancient streets of Casale Monferrato sink into twilight. I ordered risotto to accompany it—a dish as elegant as the manners of a French nobleman. The cuisine? Precise as a sword stroke: refined, regional, with a touch of French finesse. Who knows, perhaps one of the descendants of the great de Tréville has actually found his second home here? In any case, Accademia is not just a restaurant, but a gastronomic duel between history and taste – and the guest is the winner.

The restaurant is located in a historic building in the center of the city of Casale Monferrato. The building, although only partially renovated, still enjoys its ancient charm. The room, decidedly beautiful in full style of the era. Impeccable service. Fabulous, refined dishes, an excellent mix of tradition and innovation. Unique, unrepeatable flavors.

In a context rich in history and emotions, the food is presented as a transformation of regional dishes towards delicate flavors. The chef's imagination highlights the flavor of traditional foods by combining them with tasty unexpected combinations. Bravo. The wines, all important, accompany the foods with refined support. To be tried again. Bravo. Thanks also for having given continuity to the precious building of the academy of drama.

Riconfermo sempre! Il luogo mi incanta ogni volta. Il personale è molto cortese e attento. I piatti buonissimi. Il benvenuto con piccoli deliziosi finger food in attesa delle portate scelte già fa pregustare ciò che si aspetta. Buonissima sempre la guancia cotta perfettamente. Ho apprezzato molto il coniglio e ho amato l’uovo (che prendo sempre) questa volta in una versione anche rivisitata e molto buona. Come sempre Consigliatissimo

In un palazzo settecentesco, ristorante disposto su alcune sale con pochi tavoli, ben distanziati. Cucina del territorio, rivisitata in maniera creativa. Obiettivo riuscito. Servizio eccellente. Strepitosa carta dei vini. Un’esperienza da non perdere. Prezzi corretti, rispetto all’offerta. Bravo Nicola, che dirige con maestria, come un direttore d’orchestra.
