I went to this magical place for the first time today! And who expected such an experience! The villa is wonderful, the staff are friendly, helpful and competent, each dish explained in detail and the dishes wow!!
For what it offers it's not even too expensive.
I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to pamper themselves with a truly special lunch!

Each dish was presented and explained by the owner.
Superlative quality and capabilities.
The proposed perfect pairing of wine and dishes further elevated our satisfaction.
Covid rules are fully respected (masks, green passes, distance, etc.).
The location inside a historic building is suggestive.

Enchanting location, with an entrance that immediately introduces the elegant atmosphere thanks to the marble stairs and frescoes that adorn the ceiling. The environment is really beautiful.
The complimentary entrees are original and tasty. The first courses are good, prepared with fresh and tasty ingredients, classics of Piedmontese cuisine.
The starters and desserts are average, with no particular surprises.

We were there on Sunday 15th December. Excellent dishes of the highest quality. Medium/high price, but consistent with the quality. The truffle is excellent!
The only flaw was the slightly chilly temperature, but that was to be expected from a historic location. I'm sure that changing the type of heating will solve the problem 😉

Ristorante ospitato al primo piano di antico palazzo in centro storico a Casale Monferrato. si pranza in alcune sale antiche ristrutturate con tavoli e sedie in stile .
Iniziamo con un vitello tonnato rivisitato di ottima qualità e presentazione, poi i primi ei dolci magnifici veramente. Il servizio è gentile e ogni piatto viene spiegato con dovizia di dettagli da giovani camerieri mentre il proprietario gira tra i tavoli per accertarsi della Vostra soddisfazione.
Che dire un pranzo di gran livello. I prezzi sono in linea con la location e la qualità dei piatti presentati.

Un luogo incantevole. I piatti sono prelibati e ben studiati. Questa volta anche il tartufo ha fatto da padrone. Qualità ottima. Non è la prima volta che pranziamo qui e non sarà l’ultima. Un piccolissimo consiglio un pochino più di attenzione nel servizio, un po’ distratto.
