Accademia del Buon Gusto In Agrigento

After visiting the Greek temples in Agrigento, I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. A truly luxurious restaurant in the middle of the countryside. It was possibly the best meal of my entire stay in Sicily. A true delight; everything we ordered was delicious. Without a doubt, I had one of the best pastas with tomato sauce I've ever eaten here—a spectacle. The waiters were professionals who treated us like royalty (shout out to my Venezuelan friend, he's outstanding). A must-see.

Wow! What can I say about this magnificent place... first of all it definitely deserves the 5⭐️ We stumbled upon it by chance and what a discovery! The food pairings are perfectly chosen, the waiters are extraordinary, from the welcome to the departure. And of course the view is just magnificent. We will be back!

Ok so I went for my Mothers bday and omg THE FOOD WAS SO DELISH! Like tell me why the Granita WAS Ssooooooo...... Creamy....... And I do recommend for the first course the Ravioli and they don't give U food for the second course as U get starters 1st meal 2nd meal then dessert but U can skip the 2nd course and I mean they do provide all drinks but id recommend the green Tangerine smth as it's good but the only five U the wine menuOk, so I went for my mother's birthday and oh god THE FOOD IT WAS SO DELICIOUS! We had dinner for my husband's birthday. All the waiters were attentive, wishing him a happy birthday, and he also received his birthday candle. And to round off the meal, two complimentary glasses of champagne were offered to celebrate his birthday. A special mention goes to the waitress who spoke wonderful French. Truly a must-visit place, with a magnificent view as a bonus.

Excellent food in a quiet atmosphere. Attentive and professional staff.

Esta es una joya de un restaurante en la zona de Agrigento. Estábamos buscando algo fuera de la zona del centro de Trapani y encontramos este restaurante en un hotel. Tuvo buenas críticas en google. Entramos en el patio y nos quedamos sorprendidos con la belleza del hotel y los jardines. Fue absolutamente impresionante con una vista de los templos. No teníamos reservas, pero fueron capaces de encajar en nosotros. Esta fue nuestra primera comida en Sicilia y fue la mejor comida de toda nuestra semana de viaje. El personal es muy profesional pero amable. Todos estaban muy orgullosos de sus productos elaborados en sus fincas (el aceite de oliva era el mejor que teníamos). ¡Todo estaba bien! Tenían vino por copa, que estaba delicioso. Pedimos el aperitivo Zuchini relleno. Tuve el pasado del pesto trapani y mi marido comió bistec. El pasado estaba perfectamente cocinado y los sabores eran increíbles, todavía lo pienso! El postre era genial también. Todo era muy razonable. El restaurante es muy encantador, con vistas al jardín y al templo. Estuvimos allí en mayo pero me gustaría poder venir en verano cuando las mesas están fuera. Este es un restaurante muy romántico. Gracias por darnos una gran experiencia. Sin duda recomiendo venir a este restaurante y hacer una reserva

Scoperto per caso, siamo rimasti subito colpiti dalla bellezza e cura della struttura e del giardino. Il ristorante è molto elegante ed il personale molto distinto e gentile. Abbiamo mangiato solo i primi ed il dolce e li abbiamo trovati fantastici. Ci piacerebbe ritornare nel nostro prossimo viaggio in Sicilia magari anche per il pernottamento nella foresteria
