Abruzzo Gourmet Café & Bistrot In Lanciano

We stopped here during a visit to Lanciano. It's a truly lovely place with a view of the square and right under the Cathedral of the Madonna del Ponte! The girl who welcomed us was truly professional. We sat outside since it was a pleasantly warm day. The place looks great inside too! We had Black Velvet, arrosticini, baked potatoes, and a platter. Everything was delicious! We'll be back when we're in the area!!! Top Rating S&P A+

I've always had a great experience, but I've never left a review. Why? I'll tell you now: the food here is good, they're accommodating, and the location in Lanciano is top-notch! The meat is excellent.

We ordered a pizza, five arrosticini, and a takeaway portion of vegetables. The prices were too high, even though everything was good quality.

A well-located restaurant in Lanciano's main square, with a beautiful view of the Cathedral and a pleasant atmosphere, perfect for dinner after a stroll or an aperitif with original cocktails. The cuisine is varied and offers well-prepared Italian and Abruzzo dishes, fresh pasta, tagliata, and even interesting pizzas and platters. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, even with international guests.

Great place next door from the cathedral. Everything we ate here was delicious! Has pasta with porcini, pasta with meat sauce and pizza with burrata! We were too full to try their homemade gelato and desserts though.. reachable by 5 mins walking from the main parking lot..

I'd like to highlight the helpfulness of the manager and staff. I called them three times for a home delivery for one person, and they were extremely helpful and kind. The food was excellent; you could tell the ingredients were good, and they were cooked perfectly.

Excellent food, the first courses were truly exceptional with fresh pasta, the typical arrosticini were very good, the focaccia was highly recommended. The service was very kind, I absolutely recommend the place and we'll definitely return. They even offered us coffee.
