The beds and breakfast were good in themselves, but I have never experienced so much dust in the rooms. We stayed there for two nights.

Hotel is okay with decent breakfast and underground parking . Location is not great for public transportation, 20 mins walk to metro station. No good restaurant in the vicinity. Staff was friendly and there was daily house keeping as well. No airco control from room as it’s centrally controlled by the reception team. Overall good for a few nights stay.

Cons - The water flow in the sink was so slow it almost leaked. - The bathtub walls were too short, so the shower water flooded the bathroom. - The hair dryer was too hot. - The refrigerator wasn't cold at all. Other than that, it was just a regular hotel.

Very good hotel ideal for business travellers. The service, the rooms and the restaurant are all very good. The hotel isn’t situated near any real shops or attractions, hence why better for business users who travel. Milan is an easy drive for evening meals The room rates were very good considering the UK holidays and Winter Olympics close by, and as previously mentioned the hotel was good

I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Milan and wanted to share an extremely positive experience. Special thanks go to Christi, a very kind and attentive young man who takes care of every detail with great professionalism and attention. His helpfulness truly makes the difference. Sincere thanks also to Erwin, always thoughtful and attentive. He was extremely kind and took immediate action to accommodate my every request, demonstrating great efficiency and courtesy. I would also like to thank the hotel's Deputy Manager, who, with great helpfulness and professionalism, gave me a few opportunities, making me feel truly welcomed and valued. An excellent team that made the stay pleasant and memorable. I will definitely be back! Greetings from Munich Davide.C

16/01/2026: A charming little shop serving delicious Milanese dishes. Fast service, friendly and discreet waiters. Lunch menu for €10, including water and coffee.
21/12/2025: I'd been wanting to go in for a while... Today, among other things, I'd promised myself I wouldn't eat meat, so I wasn't in the best position to test out this place that arose from the ashes of a butcher shop... The fact that homemade pastrami was on the menu convinced me to go in. The two of us ordered: pastrami, puntarelle salad, and onion soup. The pastrami was good, but I didn't like the combination of crème fraîche and fermented red cabbage it was served with. Personal taste, eh? The puntarelle were decent, but the onion soup, although served according to the rules, was sour and we sent it back to the kitchen. The owner apologized and offered us a portion of homemade apple pie, but the fact remains that the soup wasn't even worth serving because it had gone bad. It can happen, but if the dishes are tasted in the kitchen, at least they don't end up in the dining room. The wines were good. The service and atmosphere were simple but pleasant.
