Particular place, very characteristic and welcoming. Absolutely delicious food for those who still want to eat fresh dishes that nature offers, with delicate and refined flavours. All freshly cooked with the description and origin of what you eat. And let's not talk about the dessert, a strawberry tiramisu with a unique flavour; and finally the chef's amaro.... An ace up the sleeve. Truly unique place, out of the ordinary.

We had the pleasure of tasting a typical local dinner with refined seasonal raw materials. Everything was prepared with fresh ingredients and love, and you could feel the passion for the Sicilian culinary tradition. The chef was friendly, professional and passionate about his work. He explained each dish to us, telling us the story of each ingredient. The staff was friendly, efficient and attentive to our needs. The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and welcoming, with typical decorations that made us feel at home. A culinary experience not to be missed!

Spaghetti with oranges is a must, a surprising, fragrant and perfectly balanced dish. The fennel gnocchi and grilled artichokes are also excellent. Typical Sicilian cuisine done properly, with local ingredients and lots of flavour.

Incredible food. Home made, authentic Sicilian, fabulous service and a very cool location with an Ancient Greek passageway. Perfect stop between Catania and Siracusa.

If you are in or near Lentini and want authentic Sicilian food, warm hospitality and a great atmosphere then head for A Maidda restaurant in Lentini, we didn't regret it. Interesting cuisine, a very charismatic owner and caring staff, plus a tour of their ancient underground Greek tunnels to visit the wine collection puts this restaurant in our opinion up there and definately worth visiting. Check out the opening times on their website, we booked ahead. We visited twice during a short visit to Lentini both times busy but with a comfortable ambience! A restaurant not to miss!
