A Maidda In Lentini

We were with a group of 14 people. Aside from the friendliness of the staff and the owner himself, we ate wonderfully. The dishes were truly delicious, both in appearance and taste. The price was truly excellent. And the place was rustic to the max. I'd never been, but I'll definitely be back. The orange spaghetti was fabulous!

Today we were hosted at this beautiful, very evocative restaurant. I confess I was a little hesitant when the chef (a wonderful, attentive person) explained to us that his menu wasn't the classic menu, but that he served food from their tradition and culture. Well, I have to say I was wrong; he literally blew us away. The food was particularly enjoyable, and the flavors (inappropriate for us) were truly delightful. As for the price... well, what can I say? Kudos to him for that too. We'll definitely be back. @amiciinmoto

I recommend everyone to dine at A Maidda. The cuisine is exceptional, carefully prepared with a meticulous selection of ingredients, ranging from local wild herbs to pasta and other incredibly tasty dishes. I enjoyed this season's specialty: ancient grain spaghetti with orange. It was fragrant and truly special, so much so that it was instinctive to slow down each bite to savor its unique flavor. Then came the pancetta rolls, a hearty and aromatic dish that won me over. Finally, dessert: a lemon pudding lightly drizzled with chocolate, which gave me a citrus explosion that caressed the palate. I forgot about the appetizer of wild herbs and beef tartare with local mushrooms and cardoon.

Truly remarkable and highly recommended: beautifully prepared seasonal dishes and attentive service. If I were to stay in the area again, I would definitely return.

Excellent service, the owner and his wife are kind and courteous, and they only serve seasonal food, guaranteeing freshness and quality, which is why the menu changes constantly. I recommend it to anyone who loves good food.

We had an enchanting dinner experience in ancient caves that transported us back in time. Our evening centered on Sicilian oranges transformed into culinary artistry by Chef Salvo Bordonaro, who guided us thru the dinner, sharing stories of local produce and recipes, embodying with warm Sicilian hospitality. A must-visit for authentic Sicilian cuisine elevated to art. 5/5 stars!

A very positive experience. Welcoming staff and excellent food. The owner, a capable, determined, and passionate man, delighted us with personal anecdotes from his life and, finally, showed us Bacchus's "grotto," a separate space reserved for special experiences. We'll be back.
