Top staff. Room from the Roman era. Parking ok. Extraordinary location, a little difficult to find (next to the church but you should know that). Extraordinary restaurant. Fair price. We will come back.

Very nice place. We stayed overnight in the hotel and had dinner at the restaurant. Everything was good, especially the grilled meat.

Cenone di Capodanno in questo carinissimo ristorante in pieno centro di Saint Vincent, è stato tutto perfetto, a cominciare dell'accoglienza e dal personale che gestisce il locale, una famiglia che ti trasmette la passione per quello che fanno: la titolare sommelier sempre gentile, carina nei modi e sorridente così come la nonna che gira tra i tavoli con il cestino delle focacce e poi si trasferisce al camino per cucinare la carne, buonissima e tenerissima. Il brindisi finale con loro e i baci di saluto all'uscita del locale con tanto di ringraziamento ci hanno fatto sentire coccolati e a casa: complimenti per la gentilezza e la cura del cliente, non è più scontato in questi ultimi tempi.
Naturalmente anche il cibo è stato veramente buono, a parte i primi usciti un po freddi e crudi (peccato), tutto il resto è stato veramente squisito: gli antipasti veramente saporiti, ottima la fonduta con zampone e lenticchie così come le due tartare, squisita la carne, cotta alla perfezione e molto saporita.
Tutto questo abbinato a vini di qualità, è stato un bellissimo percorso enogastronomico nei sapori della Valle d'Aosta: grazie per averci fatto passare un bellissimo inizio d'anno, che sia di buon auspicio

An extraordinary place in the heart of Saint Vincent, where refinement and human warmth reign supreme. Vera Monakhova defined it among the most beautiful places in Val D'Aosta, I would add, in Italy. We arrived quite late, yet we were welcomed with smiles and elegant human warmth.
The beauty of the place closed us in an embrace. I also deeply loved the accompanying music.
And let's get to the food: divine. There were 3 of us, with my mother and my husband who chose the rib-eye, while I chose the fillet. Meats of undoubted quality and perfect cooking (thanks to the exclusive method with which they cook it). My filet was simply butter. The accompanying sauces are also wonderful, all with strictly Italian ingredients. Not to mention the delicious starter tomino.
The young woman, sommelier and mâitre, who accompanied us during dinner was splendid, with attention, kindness and concern that was never intrusive. The same goes for the rest of the staff.
It's a shame we couldn't enjoy dessert due to various circumstances. It will definitely be for next time.

An incredible restaurant for lovers of super quality meat.
Meat cooked over a wood fire in front of you in the restaurant.
Just exceptional quality and taste.
The wine from the Aosta Valley is super good.
A big congratulations to the whole team and the cook for the quality of the work.

eccellente location, la padrona di casa Sylvie attenta e premurosa ! Ristorante da occasioni particolari ma anche una semplice cena, tutto di fronte ad un camino sempre acceso e con un cuoco davvero bravo e capace
