Un locale incantevole che amplifica il gusto delle ottime pietanze (su tutte la fiorentina) e del vino che la competente e gentile Sylvie consiglia in base ai gusti della clientela

Se sei un amante dell'ottima cucina a di carne, con una cottura sopraffina, non perdere l'occasione di fare un esperienza in questo ristorante a conduzione familiare. Tutto di ottima qualità vini compresi.

It's the second time I've dined in this place, everything was excellent, excellent location, excellent service and quality of the products. The only flaw is the fact that it is indicated on the menu that the side dish is included with the meat, while only after leaving the restaurant did I unfortunately find that the side dish was charged separately. Obviously I didn't return to the club for such a nonsense but it doesn't seem commercially correct in my opinion.

Beautiful place. We stayed a night in the room. Nice mountain view, beautiful classic decor, very simple but classic and chic. The lovely staff were exceptionally helpful and kind making a big effort to receive us in a way that is rare in hotels nowadays. We also ate at the restaurant, very good quality beef and wines. Also very well situated in town, easy to get around.

Atypical restaurant, very nice place. The meat is very good and the cooking on the fireplace is perfect. The very friendly staff, we thank Sylvie and her mother for sharing at the end of the evening.

Sylvie, The Sommelier and Hotel Owner was really welcoming to us. We had flown into Malpensa and St Vincent was the perfect stopover en route to Cervinia. Sadly we did not get to dine at the Restaurant, which is tucked in behind the hotel, however Sylvie who was recovering from illness still managed to rustle us up a bottle of local wine and a cheese platter with bread. Room comfortable and town really quiet once the church bell stopped chiming at 10p! In the morning Sylvie prepared us a full breakfast and shared some information about the valley and what to visit in future. Look forward to our next trip when hopefully Sylvie’s staff will all be feeling better and we can dine a la table du Sommelier!

Characteristic restaurant, located in the center of the town, truly recommended for its excellent choice of meats and wines. It was a quiet dinner with friends, in which we shared an abundant appetizer of local cheeses and cured meats, as well as a perfectly cooked Florentine steak accompanied by some sauces (obviously separately) which enhanced the flavour. Exquisite staff. Advise.

07/02/2024: In the characteristic village of Morgex we stopped to have lunch in this place. The experience was positive, we ate a mixed Aosta Valley starter consisting of ham, mocetta, Arnad lard and fontina; finally I had a good trio of polenta with sausage and meat sauce, while my partner had a decent onion soup.

18/08/2024: Special place in an almost unique atmosphere. Surrounded by the greenery of the mountains, away from the confusion, privacy. Quality structure, very helpful staff, good cuisine. To add, the skill of the hotel manager, very professional and available to solve every single customer problem.
18/08/2024: A fascinating place, out of time, difficult to describe...let's try it. It is an ancient village completely renovated and transformed into a luxury hotel. The original structures have been safeguarded as much as possible... the result is a perfect combination of ancient and modern... walking through the cobbled streets that are lost among the wooden houses you have the impression of being out of this world: it is a fascinating place. It is located above Champoluc and can be reached via a dusty dirt road, but the hotel has a convenient service: it is possible to leave the car in a car park in the valley and go up to the hotel thanks to a shuttle service operated by agile jeeps. However, it is possible to drive up with your own vehicle and leave it in the parking area or in the garage. What makes this place special is its uniqueness: each cottage is unique, different from the others, tastefully furnished, including with authentic and fine furniture. Those who come here do so for a relaxing break: a river runs alongside the village and is the only source of "noisy pollution" in the place. From here it is possible to take a myriad of paths that enter the woods under the watchful gaze of the beautiful Monte Rosa. The village has 2 restaurants and a spa (you can move around the village with a map ;) ). They told us that in winter the village is only accessible by snowmobiles ;) an experience to try!!!
