For Japanese people. The taste is really amazing. It may not be suitable for those who expect good service. I would recommend this to those who want to eat something delicious at a reasonable price. I didn't eat much of the frites because I was tired or felt heavy, but the octopus and pomodoro here were the best dishes I ate during my stay in Italy. Above all, the prices are cheap. It's not cheap by Japanese standards, but I couldn't find anything cheaper there. As for alcohol, a large bottle of beer is 3 euros, which is definitely cheap. However, in order to offer cheap food, you always have to accept cost cutting somewhere. In this case, the service and facilities are not good at all. The lady is impatient to take orders, and when I was looking at the menu, she came to take my order three times. (Don't be discouraged, don't rush to order, take a good look at the menu and decide, everything is delicious.) The restaurant is located in a corner outside the city center, on a terrace with plastic chairs and tables, so don't expect anything elegant. Here, you have to pretend to be a local and order as much as you can, without expecting friendly, Japanese-style service. Just like in the Kansai region. However, at the end, the lady, who didn't even shy away from a smile, seemed a little pleased when I told her I was Buono, and the pomodoro was really delicious, no exaggeration. *Afterwards, when I checked travel blogs and the like, it seems that there are many Japanese people who are impressed by the pomodoro here. I felt like I had seen the true essence of Naples.

A real local atmosphere, very non-touristy. They don't speak English, but it's worth stopping by because the food is amazing. We got really big portions, at a good price. They only give you plastic cups. If you really insist, you can pay by card, but they prefer cash.

A very good restaurant frequented by locals, with a cuisine based primarily on fish and octopus. The octopus alla Luciana is to die for. Be careful, don't order the à la carte menu.

Very attentive service. Friendly and kind. Food tastes authentic and amazing. Definitely worth trying once.

I am touched. The food is simple and perfect.

We ordered the Spaghetti allo Scoglio (Spaghetti with seafood). It was good, but a nice white wine sauce could have helped. The shrimp were delicious, but although cooked properly the octopus & clams could benefit from a sauce. We ordered the octopus soup, but the waitress (who spoke no English), really pushed back on us ordering the item. She finally relented. It turns out, the octopus soup isn’t really a soup, it’s octopus served on bruschetta with a hot sauce. Once again the octopus was tender, but bland. When we wanted to pay, the waitress told us cash only (I hear her telling that to another table), but we persisted to pay with card and although very annoyed, we were allowed to pay with card.
